the best is probably Simba's system, and I believe an EA is available

It won't drop into your lap from the sky and obviously hasn't been done/posted yet in the form you want.

Write down the details concisely with a few examples on a chart screenshot rather than being vague and pay someone to do it (no not me, I am not a coder). It won't cost much.
