How to get RSI of the last BAR?

Hi,
can anyone tell me, how to "get" the RSI-Value of the last BAR.
I mean the bar, before the current bar.
I think this isnīt correct:

RSI_now = iRSI(NULL,0,5,PRICE_CLOSE,0);
RSI_last = iRSI(NULL,0,5,PRICE_CLOSE,1);

Or is it right to use "Shift" like this?

0 is the current bar (The bar which still in delveloping)
1 is the previous bar (The finished bar)
2 is 2 bars ago before the current bar
3 is 3 bars ago before the current bar
etc
