Help me!!!! Why this EA doesn't work????

I meda this simple EA "Hist_cla":

buy when Hist_StepMA_Stoch_KV1_Ex_03 CROSS 0
sell when 0 CROSS Hist_StepMA_Stoch_KV1_Ex_03

But don't work.....why? I'm a newbe of EA scripting....

Can I ask you one thing:

why you put "....,1, current" for long and ".....,0,current" for sell??

The indicator is having two colors. First color is named 0 (red), and the second one is 1 (blue). I did not name it as 0 and 1. It was named in indicator.
Besides I changed your EA to work with close bar instead of pen bar: Current + 1; Current + 2.

And changed some rules to enter the trade.
