Hy

I just learn forex. Im intrested the EA. I make an simple EA with the moving averages. I tested it with metatrader from 2006-01-20 to 2007-01-20. And the 10000 USD become 375774 $ in the end. Can it make also in the real trade or it is just work in the demo account?

What modelling quality did you have ? You need at least 90% for accurate backtests historic data needs to be downloaded from Alpari databank

it is a very easy EA pls somebody testing it. I'm tested with metatreder but i dont think it makes such hight profit.

Your right Drogos,

It probably doesn't make money.

Here's some 99% backtests on EURUSD.
I used default settings on 30m and 1h.
Tick data for this test was from Jan06 to Dec06.

I don't know how good the data is.

Read the .doc. It's not the easiest way, but it is the best.

A last question. How large profit can I make with a good EA in a month? (about %)Profitable than manual trading? what is the better using just EA or trading with manual and when you sleep for exemle strating the EA? Can you recommend me 1 ? Cyberia EA looks good. (im find it on this page) ( I just know what is EA on yesterday, till now I trade with demo on-line, soon i will be invest FOREX with North Finance)
How do you make an EA? Learn the MQL4 language or use a generator, or use a ready?

We're trying to look for best settings at the moment. Meanwhile, I'm live trading with it. The mod is currently aim for extermely safe profit factor, only about 10% return a month, aggressive mode can achieve 40% a month with risk of margin call. Berserk mode can achieve 100% in 1 day and wipe out the next day. I'm not pulling a tail, but its damn horrible(or profitable), I just gave it a try last October with 500 bucks, obviously, after 3 months later, I'm playing with the profit only, currently never touch my capital after the 1st withdrawal. Trading it with descreetion / semi auto.

What version are you using and with what settings?
