It was contest EA for our forum. Author is Igorad. Ask him.
I have this EA and I am testing it but I think one EA is not enough: you will need the settings and forward testing statements. But to give it I will need to move 1 or two threads from elite section to the public. But I don't want.

So the better way is to send pm to the author (Igorad).
