Could you tell us more about you expert. A rough description will be more informative.

Please be aware this EA is time sensitive. It only work on CET so you have to set up GMT and then add one to it to get CET. If you are using Interbank or any broker that use GMT zone on their server then there is no need for any change. It is good for EURUSD and GPDUSD.

Hi my broker is GMT 0, I live in GMT +1, is it necessary change local time zone or others inputs? now its local time zone 0

Expert with MA of DiNapoli DeTrend Osc or CCI, etc.?

Has anyone here experimented with using the MA of indicators such as IND Inverse or DiNapoli DeTrend Oscillator to create an expert? I've managed to cobble together experts that are built off of other experts. Unfortunatally I can't figure out the coding that would generate the same result that you'd get if you dragged a moving average indicator onto the CCI or the IND Inverse oscillator, etc.. Trade signals would be created when the indicator crossed over its own moving average. From manual observation it appears these could provide steady profits. I'd probably run two versions of the expert on two separate charts of the same currency. One would have a short TP of say 15 pips and the other at TP 50. A contrary move before TP would close the open trade and open a new one in opposite direction (e.i.: 'buysig=closesell').

I've noticed from past posts that many of you, including Elihayun and Sadaloma are quite savvy coders. Would you or others know how to code this or have an expert that uses the MA of another indicator? If so I might try to retune it to use some of my favorite indicators and post them here.
Thanks,
MJ

Please don't ask me to let you try the EA as it has taken may sleepless night to design and perfect this EA and we don't want it getting out for everyone to take advantage of that has put ZERO time in it's development.

Thanks for understanding.
Holyguy,

The number of lots maybe missing but the equity curve tells the story. I believe the system uses a variation of the Martingail system. Those spikes and valleys in the equity curve is a telltale sign of a cost averaging type of system.

Good luck.

An EA that is under lock and key probably shouldn't be in the "Show us your Best EA" thread. For all I know it could be vaporware. As for the sleepless nights, you aren't the only one. As for the Zero Time in it's development, i doubt that was by our choice. For those that are interested in this one, hope it works out for you guys.

Nothing personal Holyguy7 about you or your system. Unless i can see how the EA ticks or know when the plug needs to be pulled, i personally don't trust it (when it comes to scripts that is. I have burned up enough bucks on free and commercial scripts to know better.

In an effort to avoid a flamewar, that will be it from me on this subject.

Now back to the original thread subject, anyone else have an open EA that can be showcased or a favorite that is working for you at the moment?

Thanx,

GK

What pair(s) does this EA trade? Also, that's a lot of trades. Nearly 30 per day. Do MT4 brokers have a problem with you placing that many? If you're going live, I wouldn't suggest Velocity4X, especially for this type of EA.
