Its freely available... look at the backtests I attached and google the name of the EA. Then set the settings to what I have, and you will have the EA without filtering. I am trying to optimize the filtering so I will leave that as an exercise for you.

When i look at your test and fill in the same parameters it won't trade. Possible a time problem?
Can you see in your mq4 file how time settings works?

Why the settings for fromHourTrade and ToHourTrade are the same (from 23 to 0) for different brokers?
