If the TP is set at 15, is this EA covering the spread or disregarding it? Asian spread is outrageous lately...not sure if this EA will manage real results like the testing results.

Then again, I'm a noob, so if I'm wrong don't kill me ;P

I have it set up on a couple of Demo accounts we will see how it goes.

The parameters used in the test are coded into the version on the first post, better than using a set file to start with

If I choose to use my own lot size, I change lot size from zero. But what about the lot percentage? That stay at 10?

Thanks for sharing! Looks like you may have a pretty hot system here.

Could you explain the money management method a bit please? In backtesting on a starting balance of $10K it starts out taking single lot positions. But sometimes it abruptly switches to taking 7-lot positions (probably the maximum possible with my account settings). And then it switches back to 1-lot positions or thereabouts.

I'd like to know what money management philosophy is being followed and what the potential risks are. I think most traders would be quite nervous using a system that abruptly committed 100% of their account to a single trade.

OK, I looked inside this EA and can see that it is actually the Euronis EA, (which is a commercial EA). The guys from the BLACKB0X MT4 TRADING SYSTEMS website which gives this EA away free have made some modifications to the EA, but there are so many different versions of the Euronis EA that I am not going to investigate the changes or if are any significant that it warrants being called "Infinity".

What I will reveal is that in the EA they have hard coded 6 periods that the EA will not back test on in the past, so that is a bit mischievous! The periods are:

2008.06.10, 05:00am to 2008.06.10 10:00, am
2008.10.15, 19:00pm to 2008.10.16 23:00, pm
2009.01.19, 22:45pm to 2009.01.19 23:15, pm
2008.10.29, 05:00am to 2008.10.29 10:00, am
2008.12.18, 04:45am to 2008.12.18 10:00, am
2008.12.24, 12:00pm to 2009.01.05 12:00, pm

Now, the website, BLACKB0X MT4 TRADING SYSTEMS, also has a commercial EA which works on EURGBP, so now I am wondering if this EA is also a copy of another EA. (No, I ain't going to buy it to find out.)

I am not making any judgements about the poster who uploaded this EA here, just stating what I know to be true.
