If you have proof that the EA has been plagiarized then you should contact ClickBank - they take a very dim view of that sort of thing.
It wouldn't surprise me in the least if you are correct - I recently saw another Forex "miracle" (a manual system) sold through ClickBank that was literally lifted verbatim (charts included!) from an abandoned thread on this site - even the sales page copy was stolen almost word-for-word from another, long-standing stocks website!

I was referring to the forexautopilot ea. I don't mind mentioning the name here because just about everyone knows it is not the best ea out there. More folks lose money with it than make money. Maybe there are a few folks who have managed to change the settings and make it better, but it turned out to be a flop for me. What I did was change the number of trades to 10 instead of 1, so it would make a bunch of trades and then lose it all. The thrill of victory and the agony of defeat all in one ea.
Are you referring to my 11/30/08 post? That's the one with $500 to $1,443 in two or three days. If so, you'll have to send me a PM for that one as it's a commercial EA.
The other Firebird 3.2 test eventually went to zero, just as everyone said it would. If we could fix 3.2 we'd really have something powerful in our hands.
