    Blessing 2 v5.2 with Stochastic Indicator

    Hello everyone,

    This is the Work of Fifthelement I just added the Stochastic Indicator.

    You can set the Indicator to False and it will Work like always.

    I'm looking for a better entry level, when EMA and Stochastic both Agree then the EA starts the Trade.

    The EMA looks for an UP or DOWN trend and the Stochastic decides if Short or Long on 80/20 levels.

    I just started to try it on Demo so tell me what you think about your Demos.

    Time-Frame is H1 tuned for the Indicator.

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    This is the same EA, no change in operation.

    I added information on Screen,

    Equity

    DD

    MaxDD

    and MaxDD percent

    For those testing for a few days to several months, you will be able to see what was the Maximun DD in all that period.

    Cheers and beers,

    epmfx

    ==>> I just Uploaded the file with a small MOD Jun-10-2009 <<==

    (The MOD makes the EA only Start trades between the 80 and 20 levels on the Stochastic Indicator, this will make it stop when overbought and undersold)
    Hello,
    Thanks for your sharing. Then, what time frame is the best with this ea?

    Pairs

    I traded 6 pairs this past week with Default settings,

    InitialAccount: 5000

    Portion: 6 (because trading 6 pairs MM will manage the Risk)

    Have a good Weekend

    epmfx

    FifthElement did a Very good job on MM and a great EA.

    Exceptional performance. Winning percentages are higher
    than standard Blessing versions. Likewise with profit factor.
    I will be checking this out. This needs at least a couple of
    months to see how it does, but I like what I see so far

    Confused about your statement

    Did you cut off some of your statement? It's showing .21
    starting lots for the first trade after you started the demo.
    I'm not understanding the logic, here.

    thanks jepm for this sharing

    could you please tell us what settings you use for each pair, are they irons settings ?
    What about the pairs not being the four recommended pairs by iron ?

    did you have time to run some backtests with that version ?
    thanks again

    No Rob, i didnt cut the statement, let me explain.

    When I started the Demo, i did it with only one pair, EURGBP so MM asigned Lot = .21

    Then I changed to 6 Pairs, this is why MM sets the Lot = .04 for each pair,

    Portion = 6 (for six pairs)

    Have a good weekend,

    Hey Alex,

    Im using Default Settings with Stochastic set to True of course (Setting is the same for each pair)

    InitialAccount = 5000

    Portion = 6 (for the six pairs)

    Everything else is Default, here are the pairs I used:

    EURUSD, USDJPY, GBPUSD, USDCHF, EURGBP, USDCAD

    So then, EURGBP and USDCAD were innactive for a few days because they were bellow and above the 80-20 levels in Stochastic. So I disabled the EA on this pairs and put 2 new pairs:

    AUDUSD and NZDUSD (to keep the 6 pairs proportion)

    I noticed a very small DD and a very good Profit Factor BUT we have to see how it behaves in a few months of testing.

    G-Weekend guys
