Hi Goldy,

I think, multiplier 1 is your problem. EA tries to open a following trade with increased lotsize. In your case, its exact the same as the earlier one and EA has a build-in logic to delete orders with the same lotsize.

Try increased multiplier !!

I try to optimize blessing in EUR/USD 4h chat to get good result whit good and "safe" settings.
I try to find other way than default way so the idea is :

just max 5 level and big multiplier , seems is possibile have super results and very low DD.

Whit 0.01 lots for start :
Total lots open is 0.31 (0.01+0.02+0.04+0.08+0.16) then is "safe" whit 5000$ account , if market go in bad way a lot can do a "manual" recovery.

Are you starting optimization or did you finish?

If you finished and tested, could you post results and your set file?

It is a good idea but doubling lot size on each level is Very Risky. But if you can take a loss on the 5th level and still have an overall profit, well is worth to try.

Hi,

I backtested with the set file on EU H1 on page 1.
I use starting capital $5K with no MM. Starting lot 0.01.

It hit 50% equity protection on 22nd May.

I played around by adjusting the stoch to 70/30 and 75/35, it still hit
the equity protection.

Anybody got a better setfile ?

When you trade 6 pairs your equity for each pair is $833 so you may lose $416 (50%)

12 pairs aquity is $416 and you may lose $208 when you hit the 12th level.

My point is, as you trade more pairs you have better protection on your equity, it is unlikely that all pairs hit the 12th level at the same time.

Even if 2 pairs hit the 12th level you lose $833 if trading 6 pairs and $416 if you trade 12 pairs.

What is important is to see if your gains outweigh the losses you may have once or twice a month.
