Nice EA. Which MA's and settings have you found best?
Hi, didn't optimize this EA yet, but I once playing with codersguru EMA Cross EA, with EMA10 and EMA80 on 1H chart, and found it quite interesting. Hope this help

i know there is one EA in VT trader which has facilities like this universal EA but it also has some more filtters like MACD signal. RSI and sochestic.

Thank you firedave, I haven't tried that one yet.
One question if I may.
What I have noticed is that when the EA is working on the strategy tester, it opens these trades PERFECTLY, and as you can imagine, it's a right braincell killer to find the perfect MA to close the trade perfectly - while trying to make it avoid the irregular crossovers created by little spikes, and what have you, if you know what I mean.
So... if the EA is working in live conditions and it opens the trade, is it still ok to close the trade manually, like,the EA wont open another trade will it, and will wait for the next instance of a signal that's developed?

I could add this function, but I think it's only going to work with ConfirmedOnEntry = TRUE. Hope this help

so really then, it's going to open another trade in the same direction before another signal is generated, without that setting you mention set to 'True'?
