Browsing I find this old thread. Mayby was abandoned too quickly

I think MACD sample that comes with MT platforms can be a very good EA adding MM, SL and BE. Take a look

Its not a modified version, just the original EA of MT platforms with a new setup that you can find in the above report, for 1 H TF.

I think this basic Ea can be greatly improved adding MM, SL, BE and a trailing stop (step ?) . If a capability to open lots following the trend is added (like 10points3, but not counter-trend), I think this EA can be very, very profitable.

Yes, but what I mean is that can be greatly improved, as posted above, and I think the project was dropped too quickly.

Try a 2 year backtest. It's curve fit.

Yes.
But recent backtest show potential. Dont forget that this is a very basic EA. Its raw material waiting to be improved, and I think improvments can be done with features of EAs allready existing in this forum. Not to create the holly grail, but a profitable ea.

Unfortunatly I am not a programmer,

but I will learn. I have to test a bunch of crazy ideas that pop in my mind.

Use for a long time this expert on two frame different with bonds turns out to you, but second you it is not better to automate this pointer? to eye it would have to go very better.
