Basically it places a pair of hedge trades like HedgeEA and then draw a grid on both currencies. This grid moves with the price, so it will catch the profits much more quicker that HedgeEA.
I need help for testing and for find good settings for it. The version I'm posting here is fully functional, on live and demo accounts.
I have older versions with full code on my forum. This one I'm not publishing the code for now.
I created an IBFX Mini Account Demo with 1K at 400:1. I have two charts up ...GBP/JPY, CHF/JPY on H1.
I downloded this EA on just one of the charts with the default settings. I wonder if 1K was too little? (risk 20.0) as the opening exposure seems a bit heavy...but this is a hedged situation so I guess I will just wait and see.
Interestingly this system is rather interesting and smart...if the GBP/JPY goes up we add more longs which add to the hedge with the heavy short over in the CHF/JPY. Generally both of these pair move together. If the CHF/JPY immediatly goes in our favor...well there is immediate profit as again it is heavier than the GBP/JPY exposure.
so to recap: the difference between the entry lotsize determines direction and if the trade goes against you it will change exposure to cause a profit to eventually be realized. Correlation differences and choppiness will not affect this system much and when a strong trend arrives we hope a profit will be hit...survival is the name of the game and this grid lays out the "trap" I must think now as I am almost ready to declare this grid brilliant.
The question becomes how long will the trade duration last...not if there will be a profit. The filling/executions in the grid determines how much of a trend is needed to take us out. The market truly decides and it is our job to survive while it makes up its mind ☺

Remove this thread and lets make money...I hope that IBFX does not call me and tell me I am executing too many changes for their server....this is awesome...I have been looking for something like this for a long time. This grid listens to the market while evaluating its possible exposure. I believe it will lock in profits as the market changes also, like a fricken trailing grid!!!!...but I do not know yet as I have only lived with it for an hour or so...
Who is this Kokas dude?

He is very good programmer. If you dont like this greed trading simply dont use it. Other people who are familiar with trading this ways will trade it.
