I promise you, if some of you were to post screenshots of this alledged multi-quote activity by the same dealer with the same timestamp and complaints were made at the NFA website, this sort of crap would be stopped if it existed...again this can be regulated...
Bongo...do you think the NFA is stupid and powerless? Don't you think that agents of the NFA are able to register and trade/watch this very quote feed you alledge is filtered to give groups of clients different quotes AT THE SAME TIME BY THE SAME DEALER?
May I remind you that several reciprocating agreements across several nations exist with the NFA and full cooperation is practiced...Japan is one of the early countries that jumped on board and that has traditionally cooperated with the NFA.
I am sure the FSA would be interested in any activity such as Bongo suggests...
Folks you aint' seen nothing yet...the vacuum cleaner is in motion and the amount of pending work that you know nothing of is about to clean up this circus of retail spot forex...just watch....it is already happening here in the USA with the 5 and 10 million dollar requirements...

Do not trade with any dealer other than one that is NFA registered and CFTC licensed.
Ohh...and by the way...just because your dealer is located in Switzerland...Belize....Cypress....etc...does not make your US income tax-free....do you think the IRS is stupid and powerless?

I will tell you that according to the director in the oversite committee in the NFA. That giving different quotes to different users at the same time by the same dealer is a blatant act of fraud and will be regulated and it can be regulated.
Do not let posters fool you into thinking otherwise.
This is very easy for us to prove and to post screenshots....as retail users we are not under any nd crap...
As far as software providing a user friendly interface to offer different quotes at the same time to different clients by the same dealer...it does not exist and if it did and was used this would have been addressed a long time ago by the NFA..
and no I am not naive...all I have to do is pick up the phone and talk to the NFA and I suggest you do the same. (800) 621-3570

Why they are not giving this privilege for $500 investors????
They must create separate group for millionaires, etc.

The division of clearing & intermediate oversite committee would like to know...I am not naive..YoU believe in any illussion that you must...but it is regulated....especially the larger numbers...
A dealer does not and will not offer different quotes at the same time...he knows better...REGARDLESS OF WHAT MT4 OFFERS

I want you to give Mr. Sanchez a call at the NFA...tell him that he is naive...will you? I spoke with him personally on this subject a few years ago when I was a practicing CTA, handling those purported million dollar accounts you speak of....

Yes, now people are starting to realise that MetaQuotes is not for retail traders, it is designed to give MT4 brokers all the tools they need to take your money from you in one form or another. That is why they {the MT4 brokers} pay $50,000 - $100,000 to Metaquotes to use MT4. It has been like a true money machine to them.
The more people start to realise and move away from MT4, the better in my opinion. It is best to find a honest broker and not one that is intent on taking all of your money!
