Hi,

I recently came in contact with a money manager.
He is using a trading system that looks very profitable.
I am new in FOREX.

I would like to have some feedback from more experienced investors on this system.

I plan to invest in FOREX, maybe in this system or another and hope to gather in this forum some informations to base my investment decisions on.

Anyhow I would like to follow the results for a few more weeks.
I will post daily the results the money manager makes.

All comments and/or recommendations are welcome.

This are the results till now:

27 oktober 2008 the account started with 10 000$.
Now the balance is 14 363$ ( 43% ROI).
The float is minus 96 $

You would need to let us know more about how the system works to get any useful feedback. Just posting results is not enough for us to comment.

43% is very high.. and perhaps somewhat suspicious. Be sure you have some way of absolutely verifying that these results are not just made up to sucker people into a scam.

43% ROI sounds very suspicious. Are they trying to sell you something? Be very careful before investing.

This is the explanaition they gave me:

The system we trade is called "neuraldriver" and we use it on a synthetic pair that is hybridisated from the 2 parentpairs.

For each of the parentpairs we have composed 20 years of tradingdata and extracted from that all kinds of trading patterns, resistance and support levels and other important technical parameters like Fibonnacci levels, PSAR,, bollinger bands, oscilators, stochastics, MACD, momentum, ATR and several own devolopments.
All parameters are analysed by a neural network analysator in different time frames (from 1 minute charts up to 1 month charts).

Based on those data of both parentpairs we can make very accurate predictions for our synthetic pair.
Only orders are placed that have a chance of more then 80% to reach his TP (take profit).
Open positions are controled several times a day and every position that falls beneath this 80% succeschance gets immediately eliminated so that It can't grow in his losses, all losses are cut in an early stage.

High ROI could be Martingale system.

As far as I understand Martingale, the tradingvolume is not doubling, so I don't think it is.
But maybe someone can check it?
