I had contributed as a member, and at one point was asked to help moderate. I found the owner to be a bit on the unscrupulous side in his dealings with others. He had originally partnered with Andrew Spanton, but broke their agreement and left a sour taste in Spanton's mouth. He then went on to create 4XLounge with a lot of Andrew's listeners from his free radio show as customers. He began offering subscription and affiliate stuff almost immediately.

One of his subscription/affiliate contributors, a so-called FX analyst/signal provider, promoted himself as an expert. One forum member asked a question about Heiken Ashi. The "expert" cut and pasted his answer from an article by someone else over at Investopedia, put the conclusion and the beginning and the intro at the end, threw in a couple of filler sentences in the middle, and passed it off as his own special understand. Nowhere did he mention the author of the article he plagiarized. It was so incredibly blatant that it would never pass for a mistake. When I called him on it and asked him to come clean, he became belligerant and of course claimed he was innocent. I even posted the original article, which was promptly deleted.

I was subsequently banned from the forum and slandered as a troublemaker as a result. I'm sure the entire thread was deleted, as it was probably incredibly embarrassing for the owner of the site and the signal seller. I've never been back.

In any case, the forum is nothing like FF, TSD, T2W, GV, or MT and the services were, at the time I was reading the forum, geared specifically for hobby traders who believe anything they read and who are almost begging to part with $50 a month for such "special knowledge" from "expert traders". It almost felt predatory.

Other than that, the lounge itself looks pretty sleek. If you're into being hip more than you are into being profitable.

You must have us confused with some other website? We've never asked anyone to help us moderate? I've never heard of Andrew Spanton? I just searched our Forum and we don't have any posts that talk about "Heiken Ashi" candles?

Not quite sure what's going on here, but since I've been with Dan, I've felt a lot more comfortable with taking trades. I get the Impression NO question asked of Dan is too stupid to answer, which is just what I've been looking for.

Let me tell every new trader that is struggling to make pips, this is my advise.

You have probably tried many sites that promise to teach you how to trade.
I've heard stories of mentors who get aggravated when you ask too many questions. Your trading is probably no better now than it was then.
Stop the HOLY GRAIL Hunting!

Dan & Rob have gone to great extremes to make their website, programs and skills user friendly for people like me (although I've been trading 2.5 years)

This is how to play it..
Like any other business, you have to invest time & money.
Trading is no different.

I was prepared to Invest first three months subscription (Discount given)
into 4x lounge.
So far I'm very happy with what I'm getting for my money.

i have been trading forex for close to 5 years now. i have seen and subscribed to a lot of crap over the years. i came across the 4xlounge about 8 months ago and decided to check it out simply for the fact that one of the owners was a teacher of mine from fxcm. well i have been a member now for about 7 months and have to be honest:

THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL...

they have come a long way over the last couple of months which is way different than it was when i first joined. they now offer live trading sessions and several trading methodologies that can work for any type of trader.

this is the first system that is consistently making profits for me, but importantly, providing well thought out reasoning as to why trades are being taken.

4xlounge is by far the best in the forex educational service provider. They dont only teach but also discussed trade setup and trades are taken live by the instructor. The result are fanstastic.

U have the opportunity learn the different styles of trading from both instructor, Adam and Dan during Euro and US session. Both of them are very knowledgable and patience.

What more to say..TWO THUMBS UP!

I think your giving to much "sunshine" to this service, First Adam has not made a Live call since they started, or did that as of 2 weeks ago since the started over last 8 months? Also the instructors do not even you thier own software signals to give trade calls , Most of the time they never even talk about thier software signals and choose thier own trading style so what was the purpose for the software if the instructor themself do not use it?

But since this is your first post lots of "sunshine"on a call service is nothing new here. Too say that Adam calls trades is simply not true so why lie about it? Only Dan calls trades and thats during the US session or at least it was , is this still the case ? or did Adam start making calls? I doubt it very much.

Which is more profitable - the systems or the calls?

They are one in the same... Our "live trade calls" are taken from our Trading Systems. We just try to pick the very best trade setups during the US session (8am to 1pm EST). So to simplify: you would use both our "live trade calls" and trade on your own the rest of the day. Does that make sense?

Yes, Adam Rosen does not provide trade calls, he hosts the Euro session and we only provide "live trade calls" during our US show right now. Dan Campbell (me) is the host of our US session broadcast. I use our Trading Systems and "try" to pick the very best trade setups during the same 5 hour block each day (8am to 1pm EST). This is by design. This short session each day makes it easier for our members to schedule. Basically, so they don't have to be on "alert" 24 hours per day for our "live trade calls". I usually use our Market Barometer + our X Meter Dashboard to find the trades. I explain each trade in detail before making the call and field questions from our members so they can make an educated choice about the trade call. The purpose of our Live Trading Session is to show our members "real-time" examples of how our Trading Systems work... Hope that makes sense...
