Obviously, you have to win more than 4 times the amount of times you lose with this EA, and that is cause for concern. But, the real account record posted here shows a win rate of much higher than 4 to 1, and my real account has 3 wins in a row. I wasn't aware this was on EBAY. But, if I have a product that worked, I'd sell it on a street corner. Don't like that the vendor charges tax, which I don't think they have a right to do. But, why fight over pennies if the EA works. A little pricey at almost $250.00 (with tax). You can either use a set amount of lots, or have the ea place trades at whatever percent of your account you select, which would then compound your return. Finally, the EA isn't always trading. Probably an average of three trades a day. I guess it knows when to stay out and waits for whatever parameters it uses to get in short or long. So far, so good. But, it is wayyyyyy too soon to tell. It's best to test these live. Demo accounts are like play money. People don't play the same with demos and neither do the brokers as they do with cold, hard cash.

EA Shark, part II

I'm not sure why the original thread for this was closed (http://www.forex-tsd.com/evaluate-co...a-shark.html); but I have some number crunching I felt I had to share.

The following numbers are data crunched from the following URL: Statement ############

I generated these numbers based on points, NOT $ profit. It'll give you a better idea.

total loss trades: 68 (15.28% of total).
total profit trades: 377 (84.72% of total).

Now for the bad news:
total losses in points: -2328 (40.72% of total points earned; loss or gain)
total profit in points: 3389 (59.28% of total points earned: loss or gain)
Note: all profit trades were for 9 points and all loss trades were for 35 points.

Now, if you look at the statement, it'll show one nice profit. mostly because lots are based on a % of available free margin.

So you can take it or leave it. But I wanted a fair assesment of it's performance and I feel these numbers show it.

thanks.

PS. If your still interested in the EA, it can be found here: Forexeasystems - EA Shark Ultimate 3.0
