I have been live/demo testing your EMA_CrossMod ea and also the Ea UniversalMaCross.

I was hoping that you could apply the option of (Confirmed on Entry) from UniversalMaCross to the EMA_CrossMod. I think that this option would help alot.

I do not post alot but I would like to thank you for all your programing expertise, whenever you come out with a program I am always going to live/demo test it for I believe in your work.

why emacross 2 the stop and the traling stop does not function in demo

Okay, here is EMA_crossmod with modification adding ConfirmedOnEntry rule (default setting = FALSE). Hope this help

Thanks for your help. I just started live/demo testing your (UniversalMaCross) Ea with and without this option (confirmed entry) and as soon as I get some results will let you know how it is doing. I sure like the way you use Post #1 of your thread to let us know about changes that have been made to your Ea with the updated Ea there also, very nice work.

I have a question regarding the S/L feature.

I am getting all the opened trades S/L closed, is this due to the S/L is not set either too low or too high, or is my T/P figure too high, or none of the above?

(All the S/L or being closed however with a profit.)

I am live/demo testing 2 seperate accounts for this ea and have had the following results for 3 days testing.


2358.52 net profit
25 total transaction
23 wins
2 losses
1 t/p
22 s/l

1701.23 net profit
16 total transaction
16 win
0 losses
1 t/p
15 s/l

A lot of s/l.
Is this telling me to lower the t/p figure?
