To get volumes just right click on your chart and use volumes, I am also using a one hour chart
MA set to 34 and type set to 1
Buy/sell on the close of the candle and change of colour on the XpMA and only if volumes are high (plenty of long grass)

Can someone create an EA that use color change of this XP moving average
indicator and some another indicator (maybe volume indicator)?

I created and tested this attached EA. It opens only a sell order. I don't know why it doesn't work correctly. I think that a problem is in the buffers.
For exact entry point it should be added a volume indicator or some other.
