I just got back and looked at the thread. I used the Dolly system for a short while and loved it. It was profitable when I was using it and quite simple - just like the WSS system.

I just downloaded the 2.x EA and the 2 zip packages from the first post. I also read the rules from the first post. I have to admit, however, that the DIN version of the system appears to be a lot more complex. It appears to have removed the beauty of the WSS and Dolly - simple and very profitable. For instance, the entry/sL/exit prices indicators are gone in DIN.

Has it been tested sufficiently yet to determine if DIN is just as profitable or better than WSS and Dolly?

Is there an instruction manual for all the configuation options on the EA? I am lost as to what is doing what with all the options to configure

Advice: If you love something and it makes you money STICK TO IT and don’t confuse yourself.
Why we did this EA is answered in the first post.
As for the settings, Mrpip has done some backtests on the EAs and posted the results so you can get the setting from there and from his posts, you don’t need to change except for the time, if you use FXDD use the default setting if you use IBFX then subtract two hours, the Dimiani settings were posted earlier so you need to change it on the EA as well on the indicator, and if you want to trade the NY session you enable it from the EA, if you have specific question about the setting then post it and I hope we will be able to answer it.
I have seen lots of EAs but the way Mrpip (Robert) did the EA is quite unique and amazing he give the user the ability to change every setting in the indicators used by the EA, so if you want to enable something its either 1 or true or change the value, to disable it then its 0 or false or change the value.
We are now live testing the EA, and we will post the setting for different pairs you can wait or join.

So far the most profitable pairs are
GB/JAP
EU/JAP
GB/US
the most profitable EA is 2.4, and I am using the deault setting except I am testing on 0.01 lots

Really likes 1.8 and 2.4 version.. Tested on 15 ( EU GU UCHF ) and TF30 on UCAD,UJ, EJ ,GJ , AU, NU... Hopes other traders will joined here for testing this DIN EA.

Ok here is the result note I am using 0.01 if i am i was using 0.1 or 1 lot I would have doubled the account (AVG 350$X8)
Mrpip EAs are AMAZING

ignor the -14.75 i was changing the setting and its was 1 lot so it reflect on the whole results... but MAN this EA ROCKs
Ah by the way I use the pairs with the JAP for a simple reason the setting on the EA is for 50 pips, only the Pairs with JAP will give you 50 pips profit per day the other pairs will take about 3 days to develop a 50 pips with Isakas siganls and the filters we apply
But I am testing ALL the currency pairs.

Its great to know that Zeman is testing the EA, after all its based on your system, thank u Zeman

i don't have any trades from version 2.4 in back testing.
Is it problem with the EA or my strategy tester doing something wrong ?

Next week setting I will be trading 1 Lot and will disable the trading time, and the money manegment.

I am not sure why you have a porb, but I would install the MT4 again and get the data from alpari that might slove the porblem.

Robert two more weeks like this week, and I will demand to call v2.4 the Holy Grail for the Jap pairs ... so far soooooo good.
Not even a full week test and amazing results.
as I said ignor the first trade -14.75
lets see next week what we will have on 1 lot size, for the record I am testing 1.6, 1.8 and 2.4 all at the same time, i put v2.4 on the jap pairs
on 1 lot size ( 14.75 " cause it was mistake from my side " + 27.13 ) =41.88 x 100 ( for a 1 lot size) = 4188 in 2 days only if we assume we start to trade from the 1st of March.

I had started testing eariler this week with MIG and had the same good results but I delete the account to know how to setup the EA on Interbankfx as my live account is with interbankfx, and I was facing some problems with the lots size that why the lot size was reduced to .01 and not .1 or 1

Check the journal to see if there are any errors

Money Management might cause a problem with IBFX, not sure about other brokers.

I do not recomment using Alpari data unless your broker is Alpari.
I have run tests with data from Alpari, FXDD and FXCM and got different results.

Also not sure what time zone Alpari data is from.

To get data for your broker, open a 1 minute chart and press the home key until no more data is sent. Then repeat for 5 and 15 minute charts. Opening 30 minute charts and above will supply more data before the earliest date on the 1 minute anyway.

Repeat for each currency pair you want to test.

Be careful with your assumptions re JAP Pairs. There has been a lot of movement lately due to the Tokyo bank raising the interest rate. Many big money people, not just traders, use the Bank of Tokyo to finance projects costing millions of dollars. Some even take a loan from Bank of Tokyo and deposit in a bank returning a higher interest rate. When the interest rate rises in Japan some might look elsewhere for cheaper money.
