Not yet.
I contacted with the author (he was programmer and system administrator in one of the internet company) many months ago Digital Filters (basic explanation) and he asked for mathematician to help him to finish this software to very good one. But it was about 2 years ago and we did not have many members on our forum so nobody replied.

But ... may be he found some way to improve this software. Anyway I did not get any email from him for more than 1 year already.
