Because many brokers expanded the spread on many currency pairs, we have concluded that the trading system working in the following way is needed:
a. It should work with several currency pairs, and not only with such popular for scalping pairs, as EUR/GBP or EUR/CHF;
b. The system shouldn't be susceptible to the spread.
We've developed the metatrader expert advisor MaltiTrade. The advisor works with the following currency pairs: EUR/USD, EUR/CHF, GBP/USD, USD/JPY. The advisor is not tied with concrete timeframe, but analyses timeframes m5, m15, m30, and h1 and opens orders irrespectively on all timeframes. The size of TakeProfit level is also different for different timeframes. I want to note once more that the advisor is not susceptible to the spread and was tested on the Alpari US broker, where the size of spread is increased. Such approach won't let the broker to consider the given system as the scalping one, and we hope that brokers won't unacceptably increase spreads, but will learn to live with the fact that the trader can be successful.The smart-money management system is also used in the given advisor. This system allows to diversify your portfolio using multi-timeframe and multicurrency trade. Weighting coefficients for each timeframe and currency pair are used in the system. In will allow to protect your capital more reliably.We plan to introduce the market volatility analysis system at a later stage. It will allow the advisor to trade 24 hours without time limits
Our questions about scalping strategies addresses to brokers
I would like to open account with your company but I still have one question.
Your company do not prohibit scalping strategies. Please, specify what kind of trading strategies you define as scalping? Profit size? Lifetime for orders? Anything else?
The main kind of scalping we don't like is sniping disparity between interbank feeds and our own. With regard to frequent small trades, you can do as you wish with no profit, lifetime or contract size limit.
You may wish to try MT4 pro, in which you will pay commission either side of the trade, but will receive interbank rates.

I would like to know what kind of trading strategies you define as scalping?

We don't recognise the term scalping in the same sense that the average retail client might. As I said, you can trade in whatever way you want provided you aren't trading unethically by exploiting disparities between the prices you see with the bank and the prices you see with ourselves. This disparity happens very rarely on very illiquid pairs, such as NZDCHF. Hence, for example, if you think your strategy might involve trading 100 times a day taking a pip a trade, then your strategy is perfectly welcome at ***. I hope this is useful.
Can I trade EURGBP or EURCHF with profit = 3 pips?
Yes, because it is not trading unethically. Your strategy could involved taking 1 pip and we still wouldn't mind.

We consider as "Scalping Strategy" if the trader trades to profit by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,8 or 9 pips and doing it within a short period of time, usually seconds or minutes. Furthermore, a scalper is someone who will make lots of trades a day, using an approach designed to pick up a couple of ticks over and over again.
