Hi Icfxtrader,
It is extreem high but depends on what instrument you place it on.
I use it on the BUND FGBL and I did not calculate the hitrate but it is absolutly higher then 80%.
At some point the previous week it generated 64 consecutive winning trades (not 1 losing trade in between).
I do not have any idea about the R/R ratio. I know that this doesn't sound very professional but you need to understand that this system generates so many signals ( +/- 20trades/day) that it is impossible to start to calculate everything manually over a longer period of time to come to a reliable R/R ratio.
And it would only give you an theorethical idea. Because in practise it is not possible to trade every trade during a day. One could do this for a couple of days but after you go nuts.
Personally I do it like this. I set myself a goal for each day.
I want to make +/- 1000€ in a day. If i have this from the start I quit. If I have a loss from the beginning I chase that loss till I get even and continue till I have my profit.
Since I started with this aproach I only once had to stop with a - 975€ loss at the end of the day. All other days were profit.
The system is build in such a way that indeed many times you need to average positions. But also makes that you only need to go a little bit the right direction to end up with a profit.
The exits are based on an indicator. And the averaged positions are looking also to this indicator in combination with the total position beeing in profit.
