The normall zorro system trades from 15min charts.

regarding the currently outstanding volatility in the yen crosses...yes, if the Zorro system thrives on high volatility, then this is the time to make money in the forex market. Unfortunately, these phases come and go, so one will have to look out for other markets and/or adapt as a trader once fx calms down.

One market that is almost always volatile is the energy market, e.g. Crude Oil and Natural Gas...have you ever applied the Zorro System to these markets ?

Just a suggestion...it almost never gets boring in the Crude Oil market !

That is what I said so many times that a trader needs to have good skills in adaptation.
One should never feel married to some sort of market or pair.
It is only a price that is going up and down. Doesn't matter if it has the name gold or oil of euro of ES or ER or bund etc etc...

But there is a saying don't try to fix something that is not broken.
So at this moment everyhting is going more then outstanding.

It is of no use to look now to other markets because for all the same when the the G/J and E/J don't give us the nescessary profits anymore the other markets can die out also.

You say that crude oil and other energy indexes do and did well...I sujest that you take the oil chart and place an ATR(5) indicator on it and look 5 years back. In a matter of speaking the spread was bigger then the ADR that time.
For all the same it can happen again tomorrow.

Gold was 10 years ago dead and finished now it is also one of the biggest volatilitys.

So plenty of time and opportunitys that are out there and worth looking at the moment we need to fix our problem.

I would not know because I do not trade the forex market. I trade cme currency futures. But you should find the nescessary information here on this forum.

My first trade according the MaTRiX template.

It was not 100% according the rules because I was fully occupied today on sending out the monthly recaps + checking the payments and talking with the programmer and continuen on the devellopments.

I saw in the corner of my eye that the MaTRiX system had taken in already 3 positions.
Suddenly it triggered a 4th signal and I took all contracts together as I would do on each of the signals seperatly because I knew that my average price was or would be a lott better ( 4x 10 contracts).

I did not take the 5th entry signal because I found it for my first MaTRiX entry more then enough.

I was talking to the programmer about the system and before I knew it the positions were in a nice profit and closed them all.

The exit was better again then the normall exit rule.

Took 14pips x 40 contr. x 12.5$ = 7000$

It was my first MaTRiX trade and emmidiatly a good one. But remember if I would have done everything according the rules the profit would have been smaller.

PS. The red vertical line shows the entry the little horizontal aqua blue line show the exit.
Remember that the prices on the cme curency futures are not the same as the Fx euro price.

Today the MaTRiX made 15 winning trades and 2 losing trades ( spread included).

The losing trades are marked by the blue squares.

All other arrows on the chart were winning trades.

i see you prefer to tade the euro with your new matrix system.

is that purlely a patriotic thing or does it work equally well with other pairs ?

i'm just curious, and would rather get the stupid questions out the way now opposed to bringing them to the room when i join upon my return to the u.k in 2 weeks.
