Hi,
This month we continue with the systems we have been trading.
But I would like to add an other system that contains 3 reliable systems in one setup that are very nicely connected to
each other (the ZoRRo_Triangle_Confirm)
The reason for this is that I had a look to the 3_level_ZZ_semafor.
It is an indicator that has a lot of interest over the last months. When I look at if and red the rules about the system
Connected to it then I could only conclude that it is the very same principle as the ZoRRo-confirm system I introduced
18 months ago. But without sounding cocky I find my “system” better because it does not repaint what so ever where
3_level_zz_semafor is repainting big time.
So we use the ZoRRo system in combination with an indicator that confirms bottoms and tops and is many times spot on
and does not repaint at all.
As 3rd method I added the Demark trend line principle (triangle-breakout). But I would never add or use something without
improving it. The problem with the original Demark lines is that it can be quite difficult to spot the tops and bottoms needed
to make a triangle. Especially for not so experienced traders. Even the Demark indicator does not always show the lines in a
a correct way.
Other problem with the original Demark trend line indicator is that it continuously re-moves or re-draws the lines. We don’t
have that problem with the triangle breakout lines problem because our tops and bottoms are easy to spot, so we draw the lines
ourselves.
To recap: We look for tops and bottoms on 2 time frames (5min and 15min) but with the help of non-repainting indicators
and those and bottoms are used to make triangle breakouts.
The (T_S_R) system works also very nicely in combination with the ZoRRo_Triangle_Confirm system to filter out false entry’s
or to spot entry’s with a nice potential.
All of our trading is of course in combination with our SuPeR_MM.
Beside this new system I would like to show the reliability of the normal breakout we are trading already 6 months in the
Trading room. I have placed the breakout system with the help of an EA on an hourly chart.
This system combined with the SuPeR_MM we are using in the room, generates a very nice result (look to the spreadsheet
attached). It turns 10K$ into 95K$ (850% profit) with a very nice equity curve.
So enough to look for worth to this month.
