This is a compleet recap on what happend over the first month of the trading group and the mail that has been send around to the members of the group.
I had a dream....a dream about a group of people that could help eachother. Were each individual would help the group and
the group would help each individual...
In that phylosophy I forgot 1 very important element. Each trader is a very individual person. Meaning that they choose for trading so
they don't need to depend on anybody else. So they can do their own thing. No rules, no bosses above them. No questions asked, no
explaining to be done.
That behaviour of leaded to to the fact that there was no group spirit what so ever no pletoon no war nor battle to fight.
At first it frustrated me that it would only stay a dream. But then I did some talking in the group and to some people individualy.
I asked and begged to them so they would folow my vision. But no way jose.
Then I started to realize a very important marketing rule. You don't make or give something that the people NEED but you make
or give something that the people WANT.
With that in the back of my mind and the fact that traders are loners I started to devellop further more during the last month. There was
not a day that past by that I gave new templates made adjustments changed settings added indicators and trow axay some indicators.
But also bit by bit we saw the zorro system growing into something that looked better and better. That started to fit better. That gave less stress.
To a system that not requird so much from the group. That gave less stress.
At some point that the system runs beautiffuly. That we have solved all the problems. No more difficultys with calling trades in different chatrooms.
No more responsabilitys to take or to give to different people.
We have now a system that runs or looks like an EA. It produces arrows and alerts for all the different entrys and exits and with different audio alerts.
One can read a book or watch some TV and still cover 7-8 pairs in an absolute stress-free way (of course losses can cause stress)...
With the group we descided to trade for real from the 19th of october. We felt that from that day the system was in last run toworths the finishing line and the rest was only fine tuning. Meaning that from that day on the results would count for the monthly result for this month.
It gave us a so called handicap because we saw that during the devellopments there were severall days with big profits.
For this month the zorro system made an AMAZING result. A result that the people who follow me now already for a year in the public room
would never held for possible. It is a result that was beyhond are wildest expectation.
We made a total profit of + 1.459 pips (thousand four hundred and fifty nine )(excl. spread)
And amazing was that we ONLY had 9 trading days for this month to achieve this result.
This results can be checked by adding all the statements together for this month that were posted on forex-tsd since the 19th oct. 2007.
How to get on with the zorro trading group ?...
I said that I would let the monthly fee deppend on the results that we would make each month. Because we had some devellopments and also the fact that the
group itself inpsired me to come up with this system I find only more then fair to keep the fee for this month the very same = 85€.
I'm trowing in even a little extra. If we can not make 200pips profit next month then the following month is for free. So I more then double up my garantee.
