Anyone else confirm Irene's story? I thought people will be popping champagne bottles after hearing their accounts are back from the grave.

Sorry ! I am very busy these few weeks so don't have time to reply any message here.No, i didn't try to withdraw part of fund from my account.I think Mr.Aleccoh Habib and Spacevision Or Mr. Tariq Maickhi are waiting for court judge decision,it is not so simple to withdraw any part of our money from the account now.I personal think liked this, if anybody do have time is no harm to try isn't it? But i sent e-mail to Mr.Sebastien Micotti & Monica Favre try to pass this information to them. I don't know whether can help to this case or not but the court decision need solid evidence ,i think.Otherwise we are at loose side. i just sent the e-mail this morning (Japan time)to them .See what their reply to me later,when i am free i will FW their reply here.The e-mail I was sent to them is as below;

As I know Emerald worldwide Holdings,Inc.et al.in USA .that their asset and clients fund that under managed by Robb Evans &Associates,LLC.when it faced the law suit .They demanded the Emerald forex clients submited to them 6 types of documents that some really difficult to find out to submit to them. They said if not sent in full the documents than was no right to claimed back any funds.Luckly U.S Commodity Futures Tranding Commission(CFTC)investigated and collected all the documents from Emerald worldwide Holdings,Inc.et al.in USA . CFTC submitted the necessary documents to court and help some of the Emerald forex client claimed back their money by pro-rata after deducted the management cost and some other expenses. I think Switzeland as the world know financial central .SFBC should followed and action liked CFTC try their best to help all the investors that have involved any financial sector in Switzerland.

I don't believe it until someone else confirms Irene's information. Preferrably someone who is known on this forum in the past.

Well... I can confirm it. Sort of.

I contacted Spacevision last week, and gave them the same story I'd read here... that a fellow account holder had been able to access her account, blah blah blah.

The guy at Spacevision, Mohammed, acknowledged the account situation, but wouldn't give me access, at least not right then. He said he'd get the office to contact me via email, which hasn't happened yet.

He also said that they were waiting for the ruling from the court case, so in any respect the funds would not be available for withdrawal. This confirmed for me the stories I'd been told in the past by irene, Aleccoh and others.

Aleccoh has said that the court case has essentially been decided, so it's now only a matter of time before the judgement is rendered. My question will be (unless the whole amount is returned to me, I'm not ruling that out), how much money is in the frozen account, and if it's not all there, who has it?

The waiting game continues...

I have refrained to post here,until now,no need to rub salt where it is not needed...so,I didn`t and I won`t.

Since you seem to be surprised that "The Simba" knew what was going to happen,I will just post my thoughts on this issue.

Most of us recognized the smell of a vulture...samah,myself and a few others had the balls to post and post again when instead of being thanked by the potential victims,we were attacked by the multiple Quasimodos aleccoh used to peddle his wares,just check the thread and you will realize the level of personal attack we sustained...

Then,when Newdigital wrote that "Aleccoh is strong man"..clap,clap,ND,yes,he was a strong man and the man was a scammer...and ,when even so called senior members of this forum basically started arguing that"ok,you made your point,now we are informed,let us decide and don`t bother us anymore with your comments"..I decided to stop posting...some lessons require hard knocks to be taught..and I had already made my point.

Basically,IMHO,aleccoh started by convincing everybody he had the Holy Grail,while he was using a proven(proven to lose at the end) Martingale EA,then compounded it by appearing as a broker,then proceeded to clean his customer`s accounts,either directly or by mistrading or mismanaging them...At best no due diligence was done,at worst...Up to the judges to decide.


For most of the experienced traders of this Forum,and I am not referring to so called "Senior members" but to people with more than 10 years trading experience...it was astonishing ,to say the least, to view how somebody could so easily pervert the normal rules of evaluating a new thread and by giving away a few bucks(200 pips=5 $ at most) create a customer base from which to scam or mismanage like crazy..well,It was a new experience to add to our bags ...I Wish that anybody recovers what they lost,but,frankly,I don`t bet on it.
