The reason for my request is that there is a "deadline" for the 6 of June for Mr. ---------- , administrator of aleccohfx and --------.SA to meet the judge in charge of the case in order to explain himself or face charges.
So , I would say very cautiously that I expect a reaction on their behalf before that.

no money here either, let's be clear has anyone received an email back from spacevision a part from the jpeg? i don't think so... this is a another way of gaining time. anyway spacevision SA is broke so they have no money. if their counterpart in the middle east have some money left do not expect to get anything back. come on! most importantly... I only received the jpeg letter through my platform, I didn't even get one in email...
One point to clarify: Spacevision SA and AleccohFX SA were declared INSOLVENT due to violation of banking laws, not BANKRUPT. The money should be there, frozen in the accounts. If the money is not there (spent, removed, stolen, whatever), all account holders have grounds for additional legal action.
On the point of bankruptcy I must disagree : Faillite bancaire == Banking bankruptcy
On the point of the money there or not I must argree, but also I must add : if you do not report that you have money with either company and if you do not send a proof about it until 18-th of Jun (that is your deadline - see the PDF of bankruptcy, and that is why the whole stalling story was happening), your only way of getting money back will be a civil suite.
In a civil suite against "aleccoh" you have two possible ways :
1. Get your self a top lawyer because you sure as hell are going to need one
2. Even then, you are going to win the suite only if "aleccoh" admits he had an intention of cheating, stealing or anything similar from you in the moment when you sent him money. You all know what "aleccoh" claims in his posts, so you can imagine what will he claim on court.

I think we are splitting hairs, because at the end of the day the situation remains the same... but the two companies were investigated for (allegedly) breaking Swiss banking laws, not for bookkeeping infractions. When they were found in violation, the two companies were declared insolvent, and bankruptcy proceedings were launched. So presumably they were in OK financial health before this.
As to your second point, I think action would be against Spacevision, as they were the ones that had control of the funds, apparently.
