I still don't think, and its just a feeling, that this person ever set out to scam anyone.
I think he got screwed, like all of you did.
If you look into the matter a little deeper, you will see alot of things on the swiss authorities behalf as being negligent.

People who use the refco incident as an example as to go offshore with an unregulated broker.
And expect 1 penny if it collapses.
Should consider my 33% capital back from my unsecured accounts with refco.
And my 88% from my secured accounts with refco.
I like the NFA and the CFTC, if you do not, then stop whining.

Have any other Aleccoh FX members received an email regarding the return of funds for their Aleccoh FX account via Spacevision. If so, I'm interested in your views either privately or on forum.

I am sorry for the delay in briefing you all but please be sure that my lawyers and I are following through this matter daily and recently by the hour.

Here is a small brief :

After many tractations and stallings by the -----------.SA staff and by its president, all the funds of the privatly owned account of its president has been frozen.

The good thing is that unofficialy the aleccohfx account holder's funds are there.

I of course refused to drop the criminal charges against these scammers unless they return the funds to each and every investor to the last penny.

As it seems, they are sending emails to the account holders giving them the choice to either continue trading with them or withdraw their funds.

I couldn't emphasize enough to send an immediate withdrawal of your funds to this email because i do not trust these people a bit , and if you read the postings on this thread, you will know why.

Please report back to aleccoh@aleccohfx.com if you have received your funds in order to inform my lawyers and the judge in charge of the case.

I must remind you that eventhough they bankrupted aleccohfx and -------.SA, we made sure that our criminal case was against physical persons and not moral persons, in clear, we are prosecuting mr --- --- and not the company , and the judge accepted this prosecution and acted upon this by freezing mr ----- funds.

It seems that the justice is putting the heat on them as we speak , and this is why they are trying to get out of this mess they put themselves and aleccohfx investors into.

I hope this will bring an end to this story very soon and it is not another stalling technique by these crooks.

Unbelieveable - maybe this sordid saga does have a happy ending!!!

I have recieved the Spacevision notification Aleccoh refers to - the first piece of information that has been sent to me throughout the entire affair (and not from Aleccohfx either..).

As for Aleccoh's following remark:

This Sir, implies that you have been telling us this all along, whereas the truth of the matter is, you initially and repeatedly assured us that Spacevision was a good and trustworthy company, despite posters with direct experience telling you the exact opposite!

No matter, now let's see how much substance Spacevisions email has - I doubt very much that anyone will take them up on their offer and continue trading with them, which only leaves room for a mass exodus...

PS. 'Letter' sent by Spacevision is simply a 'Jpeg' of a letter - exactly as attached here, so the minimium of effort on their part...

I am an Aleccoh account holder, but have not received any such correspondence...

I honestly don't know what to think at this point.

I got my letter today.

Well, I see that Aleccoh and others are saying to choose to take the money, but I had already written off the all funds that I had deposited as a complete loss. So, I decided to keep my money in and try this new Spacevision Holdings Ltd. just to see what happens.

After being misled and lied to already - why should I believe all the bad stuff that is being said without questioning it?

I also did not receive this letter. Was it sent by email or to a physical address by post?

Against all odds - this story may have a happy ending. But you're not wise enough to declare Victory and move on???

And congrats to kfjghdhgfqasde (or whatever it is) for being right, Omelette and everyone else who might get an even shake at the end of this story. That's great news!
