Any of the info online about Aleccohfx owning shares in the spacevision true? That they are an IB?

How does this work for the company that holds the funds?

I just talked to the liquidator, Sebastien Micotti, and he confirmed that Aleccoh FX is bankrupt.
He told me that those who sent the money directly to the UBS Geneva account may get something back as the judge could freeze this bank account. However, for the money sent to Lebanon there is little hope as it all depends whether the judge can obtain international cooperation with Lebabese authorities.
In any case he said "there is little money left in the accounts".
Micotti wants to clear the Swiss part of the issue by mid June so if you did send the money directly to UBS Geneva get in touch with him to show you are a creditor.
