Observator obviously does not speak English well. I'd like to see you speak with him in HIS language. However, to translate- since your English must be lacking-
"locution" means to speak in a particular way. He is telling Alecco that he has not spoken to the members of this forum for a long time and he feels he should.

Some entity 'survived' in enough capacity long after Feb 14, to continued to do it's damnedest to part traders from their deposits (widening spreads, spiking stops etc.) - remember, none of this came to light until these bucketshop tactics came into play in earnest! And yes, I know the LP is 'supposed' to be UBS Geneva, but I really don't believe a word Aleccoh says at this stage - Spacevision was not even supposed to be involved in all of this, and that has proven to have been an outright lie...
btw, I (and at least 3 others) still have received no notification of even what exactly caused this mess to begin with - and people still post here suggesting that this guy is sincere.....

I did receive the information from him, some of it personalised and such an action to a minor investor is not the sort of behaviour that is consistent with this being a full scam. It just would not be worth the effort. Neither indeed, would be the effort of posting on here. It achieves nothing.
So whilst I am decidedly annoyed and frustrated, and I agree with your statements that we do not appear to have been given correct facts, I do have more relative optimism regarding some resolution of the situation than I did a few weeks back.

Well, if you are a "minor investor", I guess I rate as a "micro-minor investor" seen as I now have just a few hundred as risk
But seriously, I simply do not understand how some people can be so 'reasonable' about all this - take the point you raise: Allecoh posted here weeks ago that he did not have access to customer account info, perfectly reasonable and probable. BUT he also posted his personal email address weeks ago, which I and several others have used several times since, to no avail! Now that in my book is entirely unreasonable.
The real problem I have is that this whole thread is littered with similar instances, which nobody seems to pick up on! Another recent example, Aleccoh tells us that "account holders" had voted against an 80% settlement, but when it was pointed out that that indeed was not the case, he modifies his statement to "big account holders"! That seemed to quieten the objections, but now we have someone claiming to have deposited $50,000 with Aleccoh but was never contacted about voting - which now begs the question, what is a big account holder? It beggars belief that someone with that amount deposited would not be contacted - though the guy in question did quote "over $250,000" as being what qualifies you as "big", so maybe he was contacted. But that would stretch my incredulity even further - who in their right mind would deposited that amount with a completely new, Metatrader-supporting (very important distinction) broker, especially one that required you to send the funds to an individual, not a company!!! JK Rowling couldn't make this stuff up...
And I make the point again, this thread is littered with similar "word-play" - there's not denying it, this guy has talent, just not in the brokerage business...
I not sure if you noticed. But all his weekly updates donot answer any questions that are being posted. They are all pasive statements to delay or have people maintain hope that every thing is going according to a master plan of his.
I finished reading this thread a few days ago and it was littered with signs that somthing was wrong, of course this is like looking at a chart with hindsite. so they may not of been to outstanding at the time.
What I did get from all this is that the account with spacevision may just be only ONE account that being in Mr. A's name and theres the big account holder.
All his current post are ment to keep everone more or less happy for the time being, which seams to be working. If I had an account with him I would much prefer to be told the truth and not some passive BS.

btw, Aleccoh long ago stated publically he would no longer answer my questions, so I'm not really surprised I don't get a response. Anyway, I just spent an hour going through back-posts, searching for one in particular stating Aleccohfx had somewhere in the region of $61,000,000 (if memory serves) under its control - just wanted to see if the post contained any other info on this. As it happens, I couldn't find it. I did find one interesting reference where Aleccoh stated explicity that Spacevision was AFX's LP, but much later on, he reprimanded me in another post for saying this, explicitly stating that the LP was UBS Geneva. There are but two explanations - either he changed LP but neglected to mention it, or he lied! What's clear is that from day 1, Spacevision was always regarded as a dog, so it makes sense to diss-associate AFX from them, at least publically - UBS Geneva sounds much more 'kocher'. I still believe the 'real' LP was Spacevision...
