This was all in the process of being implemented (ellegedly) immediately prior to the 'Deposits Vanishing Act' - all Aleccohfx customers had been contacted and told that all account-opening documentation would have to be re-submitted via snail-mail in order to conform with Swiss regulations.
You are quite right. I don't really want to get into a whole thing about it, because frankly it's quite upsetting to me - there is quite a chunk of my money sitting over there. But I believe there are 2 disputes at play, one between Spacevision and Aleccoh, and another between the 2 companies and the Swiss gov't. Hopefully the former has been resolved.
As for the deposits disappearing, they haven't. My station still shows my balance, so someone, somewhere has my money. If the station read "$0", it would be a different story.
Of course, getting the money back remains the challenge. In the absence of info/evidence to the contrary, I am choosing to believe Aleccoh has resolved the dispute between himself and Spacevision. Now we wait for the gov't restrictions to be lifted and see what happens.

Yep, my terminal says the same, but my demo accounts show me something similar so I don't put much faith in that! Another thing, the futures contract YM stopped being updated about 2 weeks ago, requiring I go back to my old enemy WHC for my signals.

Yeah I had problems too with the ym.So I stopped using it.Other commodoties too went all weird.Alpari always has the cash DJI and SPY ES etc.
