Hi. If I understand you correctly, you deposited $50,000 with Alecchofx - is this correct? If so, you would surely have qualified as a "large account holder" (Aleccoh's words) - my question: did Aleccoh contact you to 'vote' on a 80% settlement??? No "large account holder" has yet posted confirmation in this thread that such a vote actually took place...
For the record, despite two emails to Aleccoh's personal email address (as instructed), I have yet to receive one word about what actually transpired! Everything is a sound-bite with Aleccoh, it would appear...

Wow, unbelieveable! But I have a real problem believing that any sane individual would deposit $250,000 with a new and completely unknown broker, and I would have thought that any investors that had that kind of money at risk - we were afterall told that the LP had basically absconded with the loot - would have seriously considered the 'offer' (itself a ridiculous notion - thieves giving back money...) Then again, I may be wrong - maybe "big fish" think completely differently than little minnows like me...
