Since all of the investors are part of the lawsuit, I hope all of the investors have the contact information to their lawyer representation from AFX in their package.
So let me get this straight, there was funds embezzlement. Yet they offered you 50%, and then 80% of the funds returned, and you turned them down. Now you are going after them in court for 100% of the funds. That sounds oftly fishy even to a regular joe. So the "crooks" offered to pay some money back? Hmm.
.... since i am representing each and every one of them in my law suit.

Mr. Habib, this sentence is not clear at all.
From a legal point of vue, we, as account holders, have nothing to do with Spacevision, simply because we do not have any document or proof that there is a relationship between our transferts of funds and the opening of any account at Spacevision.
Thanks to your great ideas, we do not have any statement from Spacevision, nor even a terminal where that name appears somewhere.
We have opened an account at AleccohFX; AleccohFX is still the only one company responsable to honor the withdrawal of our funds.
Now, if you were crooked by anybody, it's very sad for you but I don't feel so much concerned until AFX goes in bankruptcy (the point where I lose the hope to retreive my funds).
So that's why I wish you good luck to win YOUR lawsuit against YOUR swindler.
And, please, remember that all this and probably also the fact itself that you were crooked come only from your lies (you know them !).
I know this means little but good luck to you guys. I mean that. I sure hope you get your funds back. I was real close to funding an account with Mr. A as well. I could be right where you guys are. I hate this...Damn it, Its hard enough to make money in this business as it is.
I'm curious to know if there are any "big account holders" (Aleccohs' words) following this thread and can confirm that they actually were contacted to vote on a 80% settlement?
It takes an honest person to admit they made a mistake and then do everything they can about it. Nobody has perfect judgment.
To ES, no personal unkindness meant here, but I can almost bet if you are over 25, you have made some serious mistakes in judgment about people and money.
The most common one these days is marriage partner, and the profound affect of this mistake on innocent children who suddenly find themselves living separated from one parent or another or from their partners spouse whom they have come to love.
Now I suppose you also believe that all of us who had money at FXLQ and especially those who were running managed accounts there are all at fault and should never take on other clients again. After all, in their due dilligence, there was nothing on the SURFACE that anything was wrong at FXLQ. No NFA complaints, etc. There was no apparent reason to not to trust them after due diligence.
Eventually, you have to trust somebody or you will never trade. FXLQ shows for certain that you can't trust the NFA, so who do you suggest we trust ES?
Personally, I'd still open an account with Alecco for now he's even wiser than he was, and his discernment has been fine tuned. Those who have made mistakes and learned from them are the one's that can most likely be trusted.
It is very easy to point at others in righteous indignation, much more difficult to examine ourselves and admit we're wrong. And it's even more difficult than that to take the responsibility for making it right.

P.S. By the way I have earned the right to post my mind on this, as I have lost a lot of money for myself and when I was a CTA..I lost money for others...do I know more now? Yes...But I will be very curious as to how all of this works out...eventhough I stand by what I post.

To me, the fact that Alecco is still posting, still working for his clients, still trying to straighten it out, shows good for him. I've met people under the same circumstances who have run, without even the courtesy to tell their clients what had happened and have even taken what was left of their clients money.
Most forex dealers do preach to the globe that they have no dealing desk, etc. To me, it was obvious that Alecco meant what he said, was trying to help traders from his heart. Something went amiss. I've tried to help people in my life said or did something wrong and paid for it in much emotional distress.
I'm certain if you have been a CTA you have experienced that as well.

Well..else this is the biggest con job I have seen....or not....I shall see and learn...I sincerely hope all of the traders do not lose their money...many..many of you are my friends and I would just hate for you guys to lose your money...especially this way.
I almost got sucked into Aleccoh...but his scalping rules and the spikes...and the lack of USA operations...stopped me...eventhough my early posts here supported Aleccoh...Most traders are my friends and Aleccoh said he was a trader..I hope he does not turn out to be a Charlatan...Because Actions speak louder than words and there is some contradictory proof right here in this thread that does not go well with me...and to ignore this...well you are in denial Sir...

There was an Auto-surf HYIP/Pyramiding craze last year....Some of you could learn a thing or two about how a con-man operates...and how he does damage control...I am so reminded of that auto-surf era from Aleccoh..
To Mr. Aleccoh,
I am unfortunately an account holder with you as well, but have'nt recieved any info concerning the proceedings that are presumely taking place. I have emailed you twice to the link you supplied in your post informing account holders that this information had been sent out, but to date have recieved nothing. My account # is 60254.
Can any other account holder confirm or deny whether or not they have recieved this info.
