I suppose you know that your Future in this business and your dreams are now shattered.

Not only are you damaged, but from what I can see, perhaps hundreds of traders that you purported to "live for"....were also damaged.

Mr A....I suggest that you stay out of this business in the Future and stay far away from being responsible for other peoples money. Now take this as advice. Losing peoples money is part of the business, but you were not even in managerial capacity...you lost it another way....in which you will never be able to explain away without revealing your negligence.

If I had to choose how to lose money, I would prefer it be through a managed account as this is trading...but the way you lost it Mr. A....there is no understanding. Mr A. ...you Sir are a failure and you must admit it and quit blaming this on others. Are you not a better judge of character than this? You involve the Traders you love with another persons scheme to run off with their money...Do you always associate with thieves such as that? Birds of a feather flock together....no?

If you have not figured out yet...I no longer am waiting to fund my account when you make it to the USA...I pray you never make it here....as we do not need the likes of your judgment here....

So, Who the hell is, Pellanda Fbio?


He is listed as President of Aleccohfx. He has, in the past, formed a Swiss Personal Association (or the Swiss equalvalent, ever wonder what the letters PA after a lawers name stood for?) He registered as an invester, at the time arround 1998 he listed address was in Italy. At the begining of 2005 he regesited as a swiss financial adviser (or Swiss equalvalent), giving a swiss address.

He was made the administrator and president of Aleccohfx arround 11-20-2007. Aleccohfx appears to be broke, by the way, as its net assets appears to be zero. I donot know if client funds are included in the asset and liabilities balance sheet of the company or not.

The address of Aleccohfx as mentioned is the same as Spacevisions but Aleccohfx aquired that address on 11-30-2007. Were as Spacevision was useing that address sence 5-23-2006. So it looks like Aleccohfx took on Spacevisions address.

Getting back to Pellanda Fabio who if you remember was registered as the president of Aleccohfx on 11-20-2007. He was later added as an administrator to the Spacevision board on 3-4-2008. (This month!!) remember this date.

The person in charge of Spacevision appears to be a Maickhi Tariq, giving an address in Jordan. He by the way striped Spacevision of all its assets around April of 2007. Which at the time appeared to be around 50,000 CHF. Currently it shows a net asset base of around 200,000 CHF, this was reported in Januaray of this year, 2008. Again I dont know if that includes the client accounts.

In March of this year the Federal Bank Commission filed a complain against Spacevision. Following some action in Feburary. This filing took place the same day Pellanda Fabio was added to the Spacevision board. There was also action by the banking commissions on Aleccohfx later in Faburary 2008, and again the date March 4, 2008 shows up as the file date.

So the question that should be on everyones minds should be WHO THE HELL is Pellanda Fabio? Did he take upon himself as president, to merge Aleccohfx's assets with Spacevision? Is he Alecco H? Did Aleccoh get blindsided by all this as did the clients?

btw, I also noticed the above in one of you other posts - I can't speak for the other account holders, but I had no problem opening an account by just emailing scanned documents to Aleccohfx - though the new documents that were emailed to us just prior to our money vanishing, required signed documentation to be sent by mail...

If the documents are not signed originals they are not legal with a qualified swiss broker. The certified copies of you IDs have to bear the original signature of the certifier, as well. Its the law in that country. If you did not do this then someone is breaking the law and your accounts are not legally opened. That may be one of the problems with the banking commissions.

by the way they are thinking of changing the way Forex is traded there by trying to pass laws that make only banks able to trade Forex. This means that your accounts need to be with larger brokers en order to pass the liquidity tests to be come a bank. There for size of the broker will become an improtant factor in the furture of FX not only in US but swiss and most likely other countries will get tuffer too.

Ditto above...To open an account in Switzerland you have to produce original documents, scanned copies are not legal...

So...The Traders do not even know if they have a legal relationship....and they do not even know with whom...they have no remedy other than to wait for an unknown person (don't even know his name) fight on their behalf with their money that may very well be gone or transferred into another entity or a name in which the traders have no idea about...

At the end you may just find that Aleccoh was only guilty of being stupid and not hirering legal advice to start with. I dont agree with him trying to keep every one in the dark as to what happen. That will not benefit anyone who has money on the line. No matter what has happen he is the one that is responsible to the clients that lost money.

Every thing is a matter of public records at least after the fact. You all need to form a group and get informed by getting to the Bank Commission and let them know that you exists and that you will like to be kept abreast of any outcomes. Aleccoh hired legal panel will only work in his behave, as he is the one paying. But the return of your money would be to hes benefit as he is the one liable to you. Get the facts, get in touch with the bank commission , let them know your invalvement and let them know the outcome of their findings has an effect on you and you would like to be kept abreast of whats has happened, why, and what will be the outcome.

Your not screewed yet, not if the government there (investergaters) know that you exist. The cash that Spacevision has will have to be settled one way or the other. If they still have it.
