Eventhough i cannot comment much for obvious reasons, i can say that Zarni is right, alecohfx was Using Spacevision as a bridge to Direct UBS access and now all accounts are handled by the Spacevision Dealing desk.
My advise for all of you is to trade as little as possible because i am not there to Oblige them to implement the Straigh Through to UBS as Zarni noticed.
On the legal side, all i can say is that things are moving, expect briefing in the begining of next week.

I dont know why people are mad at the gloaters - they serve a purpose. To BURN into our minds that scam lies and promises from new brokers are worthless.
Aleccoh lied - I remember the Spacevision questions and he denied association strongly - THAT WAS A LIE!!!! (and like a hopeful fool I believed without checking it out. Thumbs Up - OILFX!!, you tried to warn us idiots)
So you tell me, where does the lying stop? I got burnt too. The promise of a great feed was too strong to resist (and when Aleccoh had it - it WAS the best!). So yea I learned my lesson the hard way too. NO new brokerages for me! No outside of USA brokers! No brokers without ample NFA funding! So back to IBFX while I look for better (they actually seem better lately and they PAY FAST!! - NO withdrawal problems)
So I dont mind the gloating. It will just make me stick to my rules after time has passed and the pain lessens. (Oh, AleccohFX - HELL NO!! NEW BROKER!!)
I was really starting to believe in these guys. Im just glad I only burnt myself, I was about the start sending friends and clients to them too so I consider myself lucky that it only cost me.

I was banned for 1 week because of comments i made to all the knucklheads that had given him money, in return they cant handle truth so complained about me...
