Having had +41 22 908 5454 on autodial repeat for over an hour this morning and it was continuously engaged, I gave up trying!!
Hope someone got through and gave them a hard time. I trusted what had been said here by Mr Aleccoh. Today that trust has been well and truly destroyed. So much for being the traders broker. They have effectively "stolen" real money from me today by fraudulent tactics (stop hunting, ignoring server side orders, requoting 10 to 15 pips off price, manipulating data feeds) No communications from them at all. No trading desk available. Mr Aleccoh is noticeable by his absense. Too busy to look after customers interests and capital. Even a quick note here telling us what was going on and even perhaps advising us not to trade until things changed over. But nothing at all. Strong words I know but this sort of behaviour is inexcusable by anyones standards.

They will all do this.Only way to ensure enforcement is to use registered regulated broker dealer using exchange traded products.FX is unregulated and off exchange over the counter they can do whatever they like.For example Dow Jones is manipulated only by hedge funds with large money moving the market.The trading itself is never manipulated.Because they would be put in jail.

I doubt it - Bloomberg did an expose on short-selling scams that were (are) being perpetrated by hedge funds a year or so ago (which itself, was a sensation of sorts, seeing as Bloomberg almost always protrays everything "sunny-side up") - and even though there was undeniable evidence of massive fraud, the SEC never lifted a finger...

If you read my previous posts and the posts on a different forum (Forex-Tsd) , you would have seen that we are Unavailable and are not taking any new accounts because of the fact that we are changing servers, upgrading feeds and all of our personnel is assigned to these tasks.
The back office is handled by the Swiss office only for Live account holders to be contacted at Roger@aleccohfx.com

Here is a transcript from the my trading room re one of the traders i have trained who has an account with alecoh fx.

i am advising all my clients that have accounts with your firm to close thier accounts.
Enough is enough i think people are done with your constant excuses.
What is happening is very simply "NEW Swiss regulations"
Since the 2nd of January 2008, aleccohfx.SA has been regulated under OARG and a mail has been sent to all clients asking them to send their papers Notorized by mail and NOT email.
All clients received this mail that was sent from aleccohfx customer desk : customercare@aleccohfx.com and i made sure to forward it to everyone twice .
This is the mail in question :
Dear Customers,
We are pleased to let you know that a new Swiss Regulation has come into force as from the 1st January 2008 characterized by transparency and flexibility, as well as full support to our Customers, in depositing and withdrawing funds
We need to adjust to the requirements of this law, as our company is regulated and supervised by OAR-G, fully compliant with the Swiss Anti Money Laundering Control Authority and other Swiss Laws. Therefore, we kindly ask you to approve by signing and to return to our Compliance Department, by mail or courier, the attachment hereto enclosed, along with the following documents:
1. original notary public certified copy of your passport or national ID, showing its validity,
2. copy of a recent bill.
Please make sure to send us these original documents at your earliest convenience, otherwise we will be sorry to close your account in the 14 coming days and to return your funds.
We thank you for your co-operation and are looking forward to receiving your documents.

I am not in charge anymore of aleccohfx.SA because of the fact that the Swiss new regulations forbid me to be in charge or any of my team since we are traders and that it is forbidden to be traders and brokers.
Please send all notarized papers as asked in order to resolve all your problems (funding, withdrawals, Errors in trades etc...), your funds are held in aleccohfx.SA and the administrator is Mr. Roger Ghossoun as he stated in the mail he sent all of our customers.

Unbelievable !! That's all I can say. Well we'll see if Roger will close my account. Being unavailable, Mr Aleccoh, does not mean doing the dirty on live customers accounts and trying to push it off by expecting us to be patient. If you were unable to provide an adequate trading service in the meantime, and circumstances were changing in your ownership, an honest man running a professional company who cared for his clients would have emailed them all and asked them to hold off trading for a few days because of problems. He would certainly not mess with their accounts without communicating and he would have certainly provided the contact email for actioning problems by direct email, or at least on the website, not put it on some forum expecting clients to find it randomly.
The measure of any business professional is how they handle issues when things go wrong. You have demonstrated that admirably in this fiasco and all that speaks for itself. Strikes me you just say what you think people want to hear - the reality is very different. And now you just wash your hands of existing customers problems. Thank you.
Anyone thinking of opening a "new" account would be wise to do their due diligence and seriously consider whether this could happen to them in the future. Why take the risk?
Several of these review sites (incl. forexbastards, forexpeacearmy) have been shown to filter negative reviews where they have a vested interest, so are worthless. They also attract the paid pumpers - as does this thread, imo...
So despite all the rhetoric, Aleccohfx has singularily failed completely in delivering ANY of the promised services so far. Their feed, execution, managed accounts and customer support, all have been abysmal - and this is coming from an actual Aleccohfx customer, not someone just voicing another unqualified opinion...
