I get a distinct feeling there is a stop hunting algorithm sitting somewhere on the live platform. Odd how price on EUR/USD moved suddenly from 14621 to 14632 and then retraced immediately and not even a minor blip in price on either of the other two platforms I have running in parallel.
This is now the 5th day that i have tried to contact Aleccoh with no success. This is unacceptable service im sorry i dont care how busy you are after 5 days and numerouse calls and emails to have no reply is just not on. I am one very irritated client
My advice all account holders is to wait until the 21st and open a new account there as it will not be possible to transfer accounts.
Been told that the new Swiss regulations do not allow non swiss's to hold brokerage firms (as they need to apply for a banking license - for 20Million). Because of that, AleccohFX SA is been runned by Roger Ghoussoun (an idiot in my view) who does not reply to e-mails or phone calls (an idiot again...).
I dont have any ties to AleccohFX besides been a client (a not veru happy one at this moment).

So where does that leave us with current accounts? Looks to me as if this excellent service promised has totally gone to pot for now. If I can't get any communications through, how do I withdraw my funds?
Currently AleccohFX are messing with my account, not honouring pending orders placed on their server, refusing to accept orders and requoting 5 to 10 pips off quoted price time and time again. I must have hit their server 20 or 30 times before I got filled on a hedge order.
As posted elsewhere, no reply to email or telephone calls (just continuously engaged.
I received an email request to resubmit documentation and identification within 14 days because of changes to the Swiss rules. As a UK resident, there was nothing communicated about not being able to trade through the Swiss arrangement as a non resident.

I am so irritated and disspointed by al of this. I actually dont care now about the newly formed company. If this is the way clients are going to be treated i would strongly suggest anyone thinking of signing up seriously reconsiders. From what i can see there is no way you will be able to sclap or news trade. its a pipe dream. my question is how do i get my funds out im not prepared to wait till the 21st of February. one thing is for sure im not going down without my say these guys arent going to get away treating clients like this. im actually mad !!!!
Try to call 0041 22 908 54 54 and ask for Roger. I managed to catch him after 3 days of phone calls.
Otherwise you can talk to Gabriela (secretary) but i don't think she can do much.

I'll save the final determination for AFX to come in here and defend himself, but what a joke of a firm based on the posts that have been here already. You simply DO NOT GO 5 DAYS without replying when trades are in question. That is pure BS.
Having had +41 22 908 5454 on autodial repeat for over an hour this morning and it was continuously engaged, I gave up trying!!
Hope someone got through and gave them a hard time. I trusted what had been said here by Mr Aleccoh. Today that trust has been well and truly destroyed. So much for being the traders broker. They have effectively "stolen" real money from me today by fraudulent tactics (stop hunting, ignoring server side orders, requoting 10 to 15 pips off price, manipulating data feeds) No communications from them at all. No trading desk available. Mr Aleccoh is noticeable by his absense. Too busy to look after customers interests and capital. Even a quick note here telling us what was going on and even perhaps advising us not to trade until things changed over. But nothing at all. Strong words I know but this sort of behaviour is inexcusable by anyones standards.
