1. If the account is already opened and allocated but not yet funded, will the February restriction you have advised still apply if I wire in the necessary funds before February.

2. Has the issue of trading restrictions ie. minimum time / pip values been resolved yet and if so, can you please advise what they are. I asked this question of your customer service a couple of days ago but they were unable to give me a definitive answer. It is important that I am fully informed on how I can utilise your platform and expect it to respond.

3. Is 2. linked in any way to the opening of Aleccohfx LLC USA on 25th of January 2008.

I have live account with Aleccohfx. Firstly good words, execution/support guys are amazing i really liked that.
There are 20 orders limit on pending orders it takes 10-60 seconds (sometime more then that) to modify existing order or placing new pending order. There shouldn't be any limit on pending orders?
I am not sure if there is any limit on how many orders you can keep open? I will ask support tomorrow ...
My Bank asked me lot of questions when i transferred the funds (Aleccohfx's account should be somewhere else)
Chat support should be 24/5?

Aleccoh if something can be done for pending orders i'll appreciate...

Hello Mr. Aleccoh, I have just been trading live with your firm. Your service is great, all of my order didnt get slippage/requote as said. Now that I am considering move to a standard account as I wish to trade the CFD.

1, When I am trading CFD, does your firm act as a market maker(trade against me)?
2, I get some requote in the demo account trading the index, would this happen quite often in the CFD?
3, Can I place 0.12 lot on the standard account?
4, I could'nt find any MT4 broker offering hangseng future, would you consider that?

Your Problem with the 20+ Pending order is due to our servers oversaturation and we are resolving that as you can read on my previous post.
There will be no limit (Virtualy) when the new servers are up and running.
This Bank account that your bank asked you about is imposed upon me by my country's authorities to serve AML purposes (Anti money laundry) so they can keep track of all transactions going in and out of Switzerland, and i understand that BUT this will be resolved in the near futur.
Chat support will be 24/5 when we finish installing aleccohfx LLC USA because all our man power is focused on that.
