Since it's Christmastime, and since you are preparing to open Allecoh USA, I thought I'd go ahead and post my brokerage wish list.
Some of the things I already know you do. I'm sure I won't get everything else on the list, since I've been a bad trader this year.
Pharaoh's Brokerage Wish List
1. US based.
2. Metatrader platform.
3. Microlot capability would be good and nanolots (1 cent/pip) would be even better (makes forward testing EAs a lot safer).
4. Fairly small opening balance (less than $1k).
5. Ability to have accounts/subaccounts denominated in non-US currency.
6. Minimal slippage, requotes, etc.
7. A wide assortment of currency pairs.
8. Ironclad rules regarding what is/isn't scalping.
9. Ironclad rules about how many change orders EAs can send.
10. Alternatively to #8 and #9, no restrictions on those items.
11. Reasonable rates for rollover interest (both positive and negative).
12. Few (if any) server freezes.
13. Hot looking female customer service agents available for videochat. (OK, I did warn you that this is a
wish list.)
14. Decent spreads, preferably not widening too much during newstime.
15. The ability to select leverage (within legal and regulatory limits) for accounts/subaccounts.
16. Free EA hosting.
17. Free EFTs in either direction between my bank account and my brokerage account.
18. Multiple other means for moving money in and out of my brokerage account.
I'm sure some of the other people here can add a few items that I've undoubtedly overlooked when wishing for the "perfect" brokerage.
