So, I was shorting the market as soon as my indicators confirmed it. As usual, the market between the Frankfurt and London opening, always whipsaw in some certain way. Meaning that this movement is NOT the TRUE TREND move of the session.

So, as I saw the market rally, but MACD on the 1 hr was still bearish, I knew it was only a corrective ( STOP LOSS HUNT MOVE ) .

I went short at 1.9800 as prices were rejected by the Fib support #1, and R1 pivot point. Also, From yesterday the 2nd target price projection was 1.9829, it was close to it. Meaning that this prices, besides being Targets are also Resistence Areas.

My targets to the down side were:

Target 1: 1.9770 ALL OF THEM REACHED!!!
Target 2: 1.9755
Target 3: 1.9729

Exited at 1.9743 as per my system signal.

These days I spend a lot of time analysing volume indicators during the cable morning sessions, I use these as filters to assist in decision making on price action , can you please define the "frankfurt" open session times (in GMT). Is this simply the equivalent of 08:00 local Frankfurt time ?

Regards
Well in my case, wich is NY Time; it is 2:00 am in the morning. So, Yes if I'm not mistaking, it is 8:00 am in Frankfurt.

Hi, TSD. I'll try to explain some of my method here, but it will take some time, so I'll try to do it, from time to time due to my limited time. I you go back to the posts I have explained how I analyse my trades and why I desided enter and exit, you'll eventually understand it.

It is basically a combination of methods, from different Mentors and intuition, for the analysis part. Then I use the indicators as confirmation tools. I posted my indicators earlier on this forum, look for them.

I recomend you read Fibbonacci Levels and Elliot wave materials, this will give you a different perspective of the market FLOW. I personally Use and Studied the DINAPOLI METHODOLOGY. I recomend you do the same. And then combine it with your own method.

That's also, why I used the IDT forcast as Idicators only. To confirmed my analysis and or adjust my desicion. But after following them for while, I could see how they make their analysis and "emulate" in some degree their forecast. BUT!!!!!!! They are, so far the most accurate forecast service out there so far.

For example: see my forecast I posted earlier for today's outcome.

Onto this next session of April 4 2007. I'm considering a buy opportunity on the 9700 -9720 area. For a possible retest of the 9764-9775. If this area breaks upside the possible targets are:

Price Targets:

Target 1: 1.9824026
Target 2: 1.9884
Target 3: 1.9981026

What do you think. About this analysis. Nice isn't it? Not always will come like this, But if you can come close, It's enough for at least 20 pips per day.

Over & Out

Hey HFT, What was toda's forecast. Please if you can compare it with mine?

On the results: Well, it is self explained by now.

Bought at 1.9720 with stop at 9705 below S1 Pivot point level.

Exited at 1.9765 as per my first retest area for Target. This was based on that this was a cluster fibonnacci area. and also this was the middle pivot point 9764. A good indication that the prices will stop and hesitate. Also as HFT method, by this same moment the prices reached this 9765 area RSI was over 65. Good exhaustion indicator of the upward move.

Got a total of 45 pips today
