We have had 8 month of forward testing now since Jan 2007 the results have been very good.
They are available at the Public forum in the PHOTO section http://finance.ph.groups.yahoo.com/g...reakout/photos.

Without going back too far in June we gained 661, July 269 and August 368.

This week was exceptional we gained 444 pips.
This bring our year to date total to 2980 pips.

This year results to date are 2980 pips and 360 for the month of October.

Artemis Breakout is, like its name suggests, a breakout EA, meaning it will automatically open trades once specific levels are broken. It has many parameters allowing tweaking and setting up a multitude of settings, along with supportive indicators that can be optionally used as filters if needed. Here are the results of this week trades Nov 12 to 16 - Plus 267 pips
Month to date = + 504
Year to date = + 3346

Reminder effective Dec 1, 2007 The new pricing will be as fallow:

1- Fee will be charged in Euros not USD
2- The monthly rental fee goes up to 70 Euros with a minimum of 2 month at a time.
3- The Life Time purchase will be 900 Euros

All existing members will have the opportunity to purchase the Life Time version for the $ 600.00 US up to November 23, 2007

This bring the total for the week to plus 125.
This month to Dec 12, 2007 to 264 pips.
This year total 4040 pips.

When Yannis and I decided to go public with our "private EA" our goal was to get a modest 200 pips per month and limit the number of losses do preserve our capital.
We accomplished this and more. Much more that we ever expected

In looking back at the year we have made a number of changes to the EA that produced very favorable results.
We added the Multi lot open and close feature. This was suggested by a member, that is how he traded and has produced great results.
We added the time setting to try and get all different brokers to have as close as possible the same Trading Zone.
We added the "Clocks" which made it easier to visually see when market open.
We increased the numbers of pairs that the EA will trade at the request of traders that want to trade other than the GPUSD.
We modified it to accommodate 5 digit pricing now being used some brokers.
Made 3 changes to the setting during the whole year, an indication that we have been on track most of the time.
Included FFCal a wonderful Indicator in the public domain that put the news right on the chart when sending out the Indicators and EA.

These are some of the changes that come to mind I'm sure I missed some.
The point is Artemis is work in progress and it is changed when something better is discovered.
New features and setting are being tested as I write but will not be implemented until we are sure they will not hinder the performance.

From my part this is the last day of trading live. I will continue to trade but only on DEMO.
Between here and the new year in my opinion it is too unpredictable to safely trade.
People will be trading for year end tax purpose and that does not mean logically.
