That is strange Takii.... a member tried to take in a trade just now with 1 round full lot (no decimals) and received again "invalid volume"

As said, you don't need to help out as quickly as possible. I prefer that we get a solution, even if it takes a couple of days, but that it is a solution to last.

Thats a bit unusual mate. I am trading on ECN with full lots, and have had no problems. I also have standard and micro, and have no problems there either. Perhaps its best that the client email the email address specified with their account number and details of the problem...

2+2 isn't =ing 4 at the moment with this problem. And if it was wide spread I would have heard about it heavily already. Only 3 people in log have complained about it, and we have been through tech thoroughly and its all working fine. So perhaps its something else that is the problem?

Hi Takii,

I appreciate your help but please don't make it sound now as there was nearly no problem.
One of the members received a mail from fxopen this morning (after he had send a mail to close his account because of all these problems) which clearly explained that there were problems with the server. So if it is a server problem then severall hundreds or thousand of people should be affected by this problem.
If only 3 people would be affected by it that would show a very poor interest in your company or very few people that are clients with fxopen.

So lets continue to help eachother but also lets stay serious and correct.

Hi Igor,

I am not ignoring the fact that there is a problem. Its just not the problem that was first thought.
After our chat yesterday, I recieved the all clear on server problems when I posted in this post. I also tested the ECN on live to check to see if it worked. It did, which means to me that there must be some other issue.
If, instead of saying "wow this broker must be crap" the question was raised as "whats going on with my account specifically, how come I am getting this invalid volume problem, when others are not" we would be able to fix the issue.

I am not causing an argument here. I am just saying that you have gone the wrong way about things. If you rock into support 3 days after the problem has 'occured' with all guns blazing, how do you expect someone to find out what the problem is.

Although I feel sorry for the client, if they acted on the problem the minute it happened it would be alot easier to fix it, seeing as though in the 3 days passed the only people who have had a problem are part of your group. So maybe as I said before, there is an underlying problem. Which is not server based.

I have never said "there is no problem" I have said that something didn't seem 'right'. Or my 2+2 isnt =ing 4. I want to get it fixed, but your brashness isn't really helping.

Best bet, is to email either jafar on this forum, or manager@fxopen.com. Explain the problem, along with noting the account numbers (not the passwords). They will then go into every possible detail and outcome as to why this problem is occuring with these 3 people vs the rest of the thousands of ECN users.

I am sorry I couldn't fix the problem personally, I wish I could. I can only be your middle man right now.

Results Dukascopy

Since the 5th of October I have the Cash_DNA system running on an account on Dukascopy over 9 pairs instead of the 5 pairs that we trade on the MT4 brokers.
The reason that the Cash_DNA can runs on more pairs is because those pairs have still respectable spread with dukas where on MT4 brokers those pairs have a spread that is way to high. ex. the eurcad has a spread of +/- 5-6 pips on Dukas where on fxpro it has a spread of 15 pips.

These are the results for the month October on Dukascopy. I had aslo to cope with the same drawdown we had with the 5 pairs we trade on the MT4 brokers but recovered quickly to then continue its way up.
The drawdown was 10% from the total balance on that moment but ended the month with 24% profit. A very nice reward/risk ratio.

I checked with the tech support team and finance. They didn't receive any reports about the problems you experienced.

I would appreciate it if you could send me a quick email describing the problem I would appreciate it. If we do have a problem somewhere for someone we would like to know about it and fix it. manager@fxfrench.com

We had a very good week.
Not 1 losing day.

We are now with 44 people who trade from live accounts. And everybody is more then feeling good about the results.
Some of you will think loudly that I made a promisse that only 25 people would be accepted to go on live accounts but the members in the room know why we are with more then 25 ( to long to explain here and some of you will say: of course it is because of your commercial interest. Yep but I really really prommise that I am not going to go over the 50.000 people like fapturbo did and remember we trade on major pairs with big liquidity and they on cross rates with low liquidity).

MT Intelligence - Statement for fxigor
Here is a link of a personal live account that was started the very same day as all other members were allowd to trade from real accounts. We started of with a very low risk to see that everything was working properly after the beta-testing period. After I saw that everything worked absolutly flawless I allowd the members to trade from the normal risk.

This link MT Intelligence - Stats for fxigor1 is showing the longest running account since we started and needles to say that the results are very solid (compare hitratio to avg win/los ratio on the 3rd "open/closed tab" on the "Stats" page ).

In the attachement at the bottom you find also the results of the CashDNA trading on dukascopy. As I have said, on dukascopy and with bigger account balances, we trade 9 pairs instead of 5 pairs on MT4 brokers because of the spread that is lower.

I want to thank again all the members who have placed their trust in CashDNA. I don't prommise you golden mountains. But I promisse you a very solid and professional profit over longer periods of time without taking unprofressional risks that would put your initial account in danger.
