I agree with Bernard, I always monitor my trades and as soon as 100 pips or so hits I lock it into break even, I also have a custom trailing stop and Indicators that I add to follow the trade, if my personal indicators say get out I close out the trades. In my opinion youll never find a 100% automated program there will always be some sort of human interaction needed.

I could write a very simply script that is attached to a chart where the trader inputs the amount of money they want to make and it will simply close out all orders once that condition is met.
Take a minute or so to write.

Here are my updated results with the commercial version. I like the way how this ea is going so far. Only forward testing will prove what it really can do.
This is my result thus far with Excalibur, please note the first five trades were entered manually, however Excalibur was responsible for the rest. also some trades were exited when in profit manually due to the Human element (too small an account to let Excalibur have its own way)

This is my first week with excalibur. Therefore my results are maybe not that great but it is still a profit.
Here are my results of the commercial excalibur.
I 've to demo accounts. One with alpari and one with ibfx.
Alpari works with 5 decimals and ibfx (as you know) with 4 decimals.
In the beginning i saw strange trades with alpari. Later i added a zero by the settings of profit stoploss etc. After that the stange (short trades) trades dissappered. So in my opinion you have to add a zero when you using a broker with 5 decimals.
Unfortunaly i cannot add attachments in this forum . (Maybe soon). For the results see forum at fxreports

The results could have been much better if I had closed the open trades manually when they were substantially positive. Currently there are open orders with nearly -$400 drawdown. However, I really want to see what the EA can do on its own, left unattended.

Bernard I like that feature if it would not be too hard to code in.Bernard states goal for the ea's are to make more than what you would be making in the bank.I just looked up the interest rate for my bank and highest they are paying is 1.25 percent.So if I set the goal to be 2% profit I think that the ea's can generate this 2%.
Glad that some testers are seeing good results.I also tried to be realistic in setting $300.00 since that would be what I would also start with.Also thanks for the info on 5 digit brokers possible fix Peter.

I can program this as a separate scrip and will upload the script here free for anyone to use on any trades.
