I went over the doc. file again to make sure I did not set up the commerical ea wrong.I have included the set file I am using.I am using IBFX for the demo with $300.00 starting balance and all three daily pairs.

If I may make a suggestion for those that have the commerical version to do the following.Let us all start a demo using the same broker IBFX since that is the broker that Bernard is using.On this commerical demo let us all us $300.00 with the three daily pairs.Also perhaps we all can use the same set file.Not sure which set file would be best for the $300.00 account.
I think this will be the only real way to judge the ea.I am seeing some saying I like the looks of this ea while some are saying it is not working out.


Also I thought the thread was going to be moved to another section where we don't need an admin. to approve each attachments? This waiting for an admin to approve attachments I would think is a lot of work for the admin and makes it hard to make any opinion having to wait to see the attachments.

Now i've added a zero add the parameters of excalibur. (profit... etc..). It looks like i don't get any strange trades anymore. Maybe this is a solution for brokers with 5 decimals.

I just wanted say this is the most amazing EA ive seen in a long time! Ive been watching this Forum since the beginning and am sorry to say this is my first post. Im surprised that some of the other users have gotten such poor results with just this last week my account went from $5000 to over $9000 and its about to bag another 2Gs! Check my statement. Also Bernard I would like to join your next project Camelot not quite sure when your starting that but I assume you will start a new thread?

Good idea.
I just set another demo account up with IBFX - same settings.
But my starting balance is $3.000 - I'm surprised that you can use $300 as starting balance. Isn't $3.000 the lowest amount you can choose ?

You can choose an amount of 300. Just type the amount of 300 in the field where stands 3000.

Yes you can just enter $300.00 on the pull down when you first start the process to start an account.
On the settings I posted, I am not sure those are the best to use, Bernard would probably be the one to answer for sure.
My question now is? If all of us do the same demo for all the three daily commerical ea's on a $300.00 account on a IBFX trading .01 lots with the same settings,then I would think we all should get the same results?

Hi Vince,

What i understand from Bernard is that sometimes he closes trades manually when for example the profit is good. From that point of view nobody gets the same results.
You can get the same results if everybody let excalibur do the trading, but then i also think not everybody is getting the same results. (possible failures of pc internetconnection etc.. ).

Good point Peter.Maybe a test is not needed since we already had a pretest of the pairs, but as a beta tester of the first three pairs, my results were better under the pretest period.It has only been 1 day so in all fairness, it may be too soon to make any judgement.I am just making an observation of what I am seeing.So far being only 1 day, I am not seeing gains just losses.Not sure if it is due to the parameters I have set the ea's with.That is why I posted my set file to see if there is something that needs to be tweaked?
I am not sure about the rest on the thread, but I have been reading a lot of threads in this site with ea's that promise the Holy Grail.Bernard I think did not approach his EA as a Holy Grail and that is what appealed to me.
Also there are features that while it maybe too soon to notice, that I like.
One of them being you can trade it on a $300.00 account.Due to real life problems I can not afford $50,000.00 or even $5000.00 to trade.If Bernard's EA will allow me to use $300.00 and have features that will increase the lots as you increase the profits, then this is the EA I am looking for.

Excalibur ran all last night on IBFX on client accounts losses ran AT $30.00 to $50,00 max on several live accounts there on the trades at IBFX

Stop hunting perhaps I really have no explanation here for FXDD.

Since I started this beta project in October I have yet to blow an account with the default setting, as they stand, some have a small profit for that period around $1,200.00 all mini accounts with no more than 0.10 lot sizes many with 0.01 lot sizes. There have been many losses on these accounts, some for days at a time, but still they managed to do what I originally wanted to provide, a better return, than the bank on an investment. They have and are still doing it.

Remember we started this project with no stop loss in place and still the accounts remain intact. Yes they are now running with a stop loss...lol

I realize that there are traders that believe, and do manage to make a fortune, in this business over night. I am not one of them for sure and can not count the amount of money I have lost in four years learning this trade. Made some as well or I guess i would not be here...lol

Excalibur V3 will trade any account, and lot size and if a trader wants a quick return Excalibur V3 may do, but will most likely kill the account if the risk is not handled properly, it but was never designed to do that.

Excalibur V3 was designed to minimize losses and maintain an account through losses until it could recover in time.

Excalibur V3 as many of my previous posts stated clearly is not a quick return on an investment. Las Vegas is for that, and I have not been there for a long time. Too busy here I guess trying to make something that works.

Please, run Excalibur V3 on a demo at your preferred broker first before running on a live account unless it is IBFX. There are know issues with some brokers, 5 decimal places, etc, and if a trade opens, and Excalibur V3 can not understand the brokers settings properly, it could easily wipe out your account, especially if it is a small account. If the demo places the trade properly then you can decide if you want to your your preferred broker.

I have several people that have already reserved a copy of the Commercial Version, based on their results on IBFX. I state clearly that I have nothing to do with IBFX. Not even sure if I like them, but I can not devote time to all the other issues realated to other brokers, at this time. Down the road I will look at what we need to do to attend to these issues.

There is no system I am aware of that does not have losses. It is sad that today was the first real day, that traders started to use the Demo Commercial Version, and it had losses. and my mailbox is full of complaints related to losses on the first day. Those that have been running the Commercial Version for several days have not noticed today's losses, due to their gains earlier in the week. My mail box is full of them as well so I guess I am not as frustrated as I could be here.

Please It does nothing to post complains, here but rather suggestions, observations, success stories and losses as well are all important and make all this better working program for everyone.

I do close out trades manually, when I am at the desk here, but let Excalibur V3 do its job most of the time.

I had a post earlier related to beta testing, but it disappeared, so hopefully this one sticks...lol
