Very good result though it is just 3 days!

Spot

Original EA tests (EAs dated 6Nov) - 7pairs 15min

LiteForex (SIGTrader) - 0.10 size trades - good gain of $803.12 but Floating P/L of -$1463.73 much higher than total from closed trades, still a nett profit of $663.95 since beginning of testing.

Broco Trader - 0.10 size trades - good gain of $1179.69 with Floating P/L a little less at -$1130.04, account is still in positive territory by $450.18 since beginning testing.

EURUSD 30min (EA dated 21Nov)

FOREX.com - 0.01 size trades - gain of $37.00 for the week, no Floating P/L, many trades closing for 0.00. Is it worth continuing with this test?

Latest EA tests (EAs dated 23/24Nov) - 3pairs Daily

All of the following were set up at roughly the same time and traded for the rest of the week. All of them made quite different trades.

FxPro MetaTrader - 0.10 size trades - poor start but a nice gain of $270.40 by end of week, no Floating P/L

MIG Trading Station - 1.0 size trades - excellent return of $1840.00 because of trade size, and Floating P/L showing a further $1162.50 profit. Very few trades placed.

ForexGen - 0.10 size trades - only made one set of trades for a small return of $36.60

Bernard, I have set up your Nov 24th EA's on EURUSD, GBPUSD, and USDCHF on the daily time frame using ODL Securities as the broker. They will be running when market opens today (Sunday, Nov 30th) and I will upload results at the end of the week. Your EA looks promising, nice work!
Also, your setup instructions do not mention about the summaryreportinpoints file and what it does and where to put it. I have it set up but you may want to add the info.

Per your request, I have closed the above accounts to concentrate on the newer EA's. It was later that you said if we have the resources you would still like us to continue with the original EA. Although not unlimited, my resources are plentiful. I have started 3 new accounts on IBFX. One was used for your newer general EA, one for your EUR/USD 30m EA and one for the other 6 currency specific EA's. I will upload the weeks take on those 3 accounts. Later this week I will start tests on other brokers and start a test on your daily EUR/USD. Are there any particular brokers you were looking for further information on?

Here is my results for week 2. Still the same broker/pairs/TF as last time. I never got around to setting up a new test (although may do this week).

Still very impressed with the results.

Hi ,

I am demo trading the following pairs , Broker FXDD

GBP JPY
Eur USD
GBP USD
USD CHF

all 30M TF

There seemed to have been a heavy drawdown because of the GBP JPY pair, which however went into profit late friday.

Also there have been no trades , not even pending ones the whole day today Dec 01, 2008 . Does the EA need to be renewed ?
