In order to provide you with the best data that you could possibly use, I just wanted to know what exactly we should be testing. In the past you told us to let the trades run but now have said to close accounts and open new ones. You also have mentioned EUR/USD as the current pair you are working on. Are you looking for us to test that pair with your current EA only or are you still looking for the other currency specifics? Just a question to help clarify things. I just want to help out the best I can and give you the data you need. You’re engaged in an overwhelming task and you’re doing a great job. Again, keep up the good work.

I would prefer that those that have the resources continue with the original EA and the tests on it as well.

I have had to take into concideration the members here that do not have many resources available, ie: several computers,

At this end I am still running the original trsts and collecting as much data as possible on my own

Any member that can continue to provide information on the original trades would be appreciated for sure and tose that can not shold delete the old tests and start new ones on the updates as I upload rhem.

My error here and thank you for bringing to all our attention. Just a bit busy here at time to think properly.

The current uploaded files although dated Nob 3 are the newest update. Just tried to make it simple for the new members here to figure what to download.

Simply download and overwrite the files you are currently using without closing out any open orders that may be running.

I have attached the latest version of Excalibur V3 for the daulkly charts only. I have the set for three currencies so far:
EUR/USD, USD/CHF and the GBP/USD

Stoploss is set at 300 pips and changes the minute we are into a profit of 100 pips to breakeven.

Since the movement is so much on these charts the 100 pip movement should not be an issue here. Will see.

Once we are into another 50 pip profit, total 150 pips the the BreakEven will take effect and lock in 50 pips profit. After that the Trailing Stop will go into effect and move every 100 pips after that.

I look forward to see how these ones perform over the next month here.

Just realised this broker was returning the dreaded "invalid trade volume (131)" mesage which means it's only a standard account. Sorry I missed it before!!

Hi Bernard,

I came across this thread last tuesday and have been slowly making my way through the discussion, with much interest.

I started my demo with ODL on tuesday, $5000 using 7 pairs on M15 (with whatever the latest files on post #1 at the time).

I am planning on starting a similar test on LiteForex, but I will use M30 (unless you would prefer otherwise) as I am getting the feeling that shorter timeframes are being "phased out" as being less useful to this EA.

I have been interested to watch the activity of the EA. I cant wait to see how this project progresses.

Today while testing with Excalibur_V3_Demo_EUR_USD_30m in MIG, it did not run for the whole day as it has error statement in the log.

Error 131 normally means lot size too small for the account. IS the MIG account a standard account or a mini account.

It should be OK if you change the lot size fro 0.1 to 1

Thanks for your involve,ent here.

I am working on the daily charts as everyone knows this past week, but I a, still very involved in he 30 time fame as it has still proven to be a pip maker. Just a lot of data to go through to get it to work properly on the other currencies. It appears to be working fine now on the EUR/USD bit I am having a lot of problems finding the proper settings for the other currencies so far.
