About GBPJPY: Closed on Friday at 235,68. Pivot on Monday: 235,15. Trend: UP. Macro view: while closing above 230,68, GBPJPY should go to 240,00. Micro view: It could try to go to pivot at 235,15. While closing hourly above 234,45, its way is up. Closing below, things get nasty. It should not lose 233,83 - 233,55 - 233,21 now. If it does, it will be set to go to 232,22. Below 232,22, we find these levels to watch: 231,68 - 231,25 - 230,68. If it breaks yearly high at 235,91 holding above 234,45 - 233,55-21; next will be 236,65, 237,10, 237,40, 237,55, 237,73, 238,05. Comments: GBP has appreciated in 10 months 16,5% vs JPY; 15% vs USD; 9% vs CHF and 6% vs EUR. Not bad, isn't it? Smart guys knew what they were doing!! US will be closed on Monday for Martin Luther King Jr. day. It is possible that, with US closed, GBP could try to keep going up.

ABOUT US Dollar Index: It closed on Friday at 85,02 Pivot on Monday: 85,11. It needs to break pivot and 85,31 - 85,40 in order to keep going up to 85,74 and 86,17. From there, next will be 87,30 - 88,22 and 88,70. It needs to hold above 85,31 to be in bullish gear. Below 85,40 - 85,31, its way is to down town: 84,95; 84,40-30; 83,37; 83,15; 82,82; 82,24. Weekly Review: Next week, Inflation will be the Queen.
