Trichet could not say he was going to be hawkish.
Why?
Because he does not want EURUSD at 1.2500 and going up again.

Because with a weaker EURUSD he thinks EZ will take off earlier.

Hi!

Ted, dot means Step crosses. Arrow, when price opens below or above.

As I see on your chart, you have a dot and later an arrow. No problem with that. But I think this time the arrow should've been a bar earlier. So, something wrong with it. But again, I need to see it on "my" charts.
